Abstract
【解決手段】リリーフバルブは、ポンプの圧油が供給される高圧入口と、高圧入口の圧油をタンクに帰還させるタンク流路が形成されるスリーブ、高圧入口とタンク流路とを開閉するようスリーブ内に設けられるメインポペット、高圧入口と背圧室とを連通させるピストン通路が形成され、メインポペット前端部に形成されるポペット通路に摺動可能に挿入されるピストン、ピストン通路と連通される環状通路、メインポペットばねの後端を支持し、背圧室と連通されるシート流路が備えられたシート部及び、パイロットポペットばねにより弾性支持され、且つシート流路を開閉可能に設けられシート流路とタンク流路とを連通させるパイロットポペットとを含んでなされる。

Description
従来のリリーフバルブ100によると、油圧ポンプ200から供給される圧油はリリーフバルブ100の高圧入口110aに連結され、油圧システム全体の圧力が高圧入口110aに作用する。
以下、本発明の望ましい実施例を添付図面を参照しながら説明するが、これは本発明が属する技術分野において通常の知識を有する者が発明を容易に実施され得る程度で詳細に説明したものであって、これにより、本発明の技術的思想及び範囲が限定されることを意味するものではない。

Claims (4)
- ポンプの圧油が供給される高圧入口と前記高圧入口の圧油をタンクに帰還させるタンク流路が形成されるスリーブ;
前記高圧入口と連通される背圧室が後方に形成され、メインポペットばねにより弾性支持され前記高圧入口と前記タンク流路とを開閉するよう前記スリーブ内に設けられるメインポペット;
前記高圧入口と前記背圧室とを連通させるピストン通路が形成され、前記メインポペットの前端部に形成されるポペット通路に摺動可能に挿入されるピストン;
前記メインポペット通路の内側壁と前記ピストン外側壁とにより形成され前記ピストン通路に連通される環状通路;
前記メインポペットの後方に設けられ、前記メインポペットばねの後端部を支持し前記背圧室と連通されるシート流路が形成されるシート部;及び
パイロットポペットばねにより弾性支持され、且つ前記シート流路を開閉可能に設けられ、前記シート流路と前記タンク流路とを連通させるパイロットポペットとを含んでなされること特徴とするリリーフバルブ。 - 前記ピストン通路は、前記ピストンをほぼ垂直に貫通し形成されて前記環状通路に連通される垂直通路と、前記垂直通路から前記ピストンの中心に長さ方向に形成され前記背圧室と連通される中心通路とを含んで 、前記環状通路の幅は前記垂直通路の直径より小さく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリリーフバルブ 。
- 前記ピストン通路は、前記ピストンの外側に長さ方向に形成される凹溝部からなされ、前記凹溝部の前端は前記環状通路と連通され、且つ後端は前記背圧室と連通されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記ピストンはその前端部が前記メインポペットの前方へ所定長さほど突出されるよう設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のうち何れかの一つに記載のリリーフバルブ。
