Abstract
【解決手段】流入口側に第一の可変オリフィス11を、流出口側に第二の可変オリフィス15を備え、上流の流体圧力が上昇したときに流入する流体圧力によりスプール3が初期位置から変位するのに伴って第一の可変オリフィス11が開度を徐々に減少させる一方、第二の可変オリフィス15が開度を徐々に増大させるようにした。予め流出口側のオリフィス15の開度を絞っているため、上流の圧力上昇が急峻であっても所定量以上の流体が下流に流出してしまうことはない。

Claims (1)
- 上流の流体圧力が上昇したときに流入する流体圧力により初期位置から変位するスプールと、
スプールが初期位置から変位するのに伴って開度を徐々に減少させる第一の可変オリフィスと、
スプールが初期位置にある段階で予め開度を減少させており、スプールが初期位置から変位するのに伴って開度を徐々に増大させる第二の可変オリフィスと
を具備する流量制御弁。
