Claims (1)
- 油圧ポンプから作動油が流入する流入口と、油圧タンクに連通する低圧通路が形成されているスリーブと、
前記スリーブに着脱することにより、前記流入口に対し低圧通路を開閉させるメインポペットと、
前記メインポペットにスライド移動可能に組み付けられ、ピストンスプリングにより弾性支持されるピストンと、
前記メインポペットを加圧し、前記流入口に対し低圧通路の閉鎖状態を初期状態として弾性バイアスするメインポペットスプリングと、
前記スリーブ内にメインポペットに対向するように設けられ、圧力室を形成する弁座と、
前記圧力室に設定圧力を超える圧力が発生し、前記弁座からリフトされ、前記弁座の内部流路を開放させる際に、前記弁座に対し摺動状態を維持しながら圧力を制御することができるようにオリフィス流路が形成されているパイロットポペットと、
前記パイロットポペットを加圧し、前記弁座の内部流路の閉鎖状態を初期状態として弾性バイアスするパイロットポペットスプリングとを含み、
前記オリフィス流路は、前記弁座に対し摺動する前記パイロットポペットの中心に軸方向に形成されている通路と、前記通路にそれぞれ連通し得るようにパイロットポペットの摺動部に少なくとも一つ以上形成されるオリフィスとを含むことを特徴とする圧力制御弁。
