Description
Claims (4)
- 鉄道車両の台車に対する車体の相対変位に応じて回転するレバーの回転方向に応じて、前記台車と前記車体の間に設けられる空気ばねを圧縮空気源又は排気通路とに選択的に連通させて前記空気ばねの高さを調整するレベリングバルブであって、
ハウジングに形成された収容孔内に収容され、前記レバーの回転に伴って軸方向に移動するピストンと、
前記ピストンの軸方向における一方の端部に連結されたステムと、
前記ステムが中立位置から一方向へ移動することによって前記空気ばねと前記圧縮空気源とを連通させ、前記ステムが中立位置から他方向へ移動することによって前記空気ばねと前記排気通路とを連通させる給排弁と、
前記ピストンの軸方向における他方の端部に軸方向に連結されたガイドロッドと、
前記収容孔の開口を閉塞するキャップ部材に形成され、前記ガイドロッドを摺動自在に支持するガイド穴と、
を備えることを特徴とするレベリングバルブ。 - 鉄道車両の台車に対する車体の相対変位に応じて回転するレバーの回転方向に応じて、前記台車と前記車体の間に設けられる空気ばねを圧縮空気源又は排気通路とに選択的に連通させて前記空気ばねの高さを調整するレベリングバルブであって、
ハウジングに形成された収容孔内に収容され、前記レバーの回転に伴って軸方向に移動するピストンと、
前記ピストンの軸方向における一方の端部に連結されたステムと、
前記ステムが中立位置から一方向へ移動することによって前記空気ばねと前記圧縮空気源とを連通させ、前記ステムが中立位置から他方向へ移動することによって前記空気ばねと前記排気通路とを連通させる給排弁と、
前記ピストンの軸方向における他方の端部に軸方向に連結されたガイドロッドと、
前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記ガイドロッドを摺動自在に支持するガイド穴と、
を備え、
前記ステムの先端外周に対向して配置され径方向に移動可能な環状のリング部材をさらに備えることを特徴とするレベリングバルブ。 - 前記ステムの先端外周には、前記給排弁の開閉に伴う圧縮空気の流れを絞る環状隙間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のレベリングバルブ。
- 前記ピストンは、前記ステムと前記ガイドロッドとによって前記ハウジング内を移動可能に支持され、前記ピストンの外周面と前記ハウジングの前記収容孔の内周面との間には隙間が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のレベリングバルブ。
