Abstract
【解決手段】動力源としてのモータMおよび左右一対の後輪WR含む後部車体30を車体フレーム2の後部に取り付けた電動三輪車1において、モータMの回転駆動力を、モータ出力軸36からカウンタ軸38を介して後輪WRの車軸40に伝達する。モータ出力軸36の一端部に、モータMの回転速度が所定値を超えるとカウンタ軸38へ回転駆動力を伝達する遠心クラッチを同軸配置する。カウンタ軸38を、車体側面視でモータMの外径の内側に配設する。車体側面視で車体前方から、モータ出力軸36、カウンタ軸38、車軸40の順で配設する。カウンタ軸38の軸心を、車体側面視で、モータ出力軸36の軸心と車軸40の軸心とを結んだ線より下方に配設する。

Claims (7)
- バッテリ(25)から電力を供給されるモータ(M)の回転駆動力によって左右一対の後輪(WR)を駆動して走行し、前記モータ(M)および前記後輪(WR)を含む後部車体(30)を車体フレーム(2)の後部に上下揺動可能かつ左右傾動可能に取り付けた電動三輪車(1)において、
前記モータ(M)の回転駆動力は、モータ出力軸(36)からカウンタ軸(38)を介して前記後輪(WR)の車軸(40)に伝達されるように構成されており、
前記モータ出力軸(36)の一端部に、前記モータ(M)の回転速度が所定値を超えると前記カウンタ軸(38)へ回転駆動力を伝達する遠心クラッチ(80)が同軸配置されており、
前記カウンタ軸(38)は、車体側面視で、前記モータ(M)の外径の内側に配設されており、
前記モータ出力軸(36)、前記カウンタ軸(38)および前記車軸(40)は、車体側面視で車体前方から、前記モータ出力軸(36)、前記カウンタ軸(38)、前記車軸(40)の順に配設され、
前記カウンタ軸(38)の軸心(38a)は、車体側面視で、前記モータ出力軸(36)の軸心(36a)と前記車軸(40)の軸心(40a)とを結んだ線(L)より下方に配設されていることを特徴とする電動三輪車。 - 前記モータ(M)の外周と前記車軸(40)の外周とが近接配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動三輪車。
- 前記モータ(M)の回転駆動力は、前記モータ出力軸(36)の一端部に形成されるギヤ(92)から、該ギヤ(92)に噛合すると共に前記カウンタ軸(38)に固定されるカウンタ歯車(37)に伝達された後、前記カウンタ軸(38)の一端部に形成されるギヤ(94)から、該ギヤ(94)に噛合すると共に前記ディファレンシャルギヤ(101)を収納するデフケース(102)に固定される出力歯車(39)に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動三輪車。
- 前記カウンタ歯車(37)と前記デフケース(102)とが、車体側面視でオーバーラップして配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動三輪車。
- 車体平面視で、車幅方向左側から、前記遠心クラッチ(80)、前記モータ(M)、前記カウンタ軸(38)、前記ディファレンシャルギヤ(101)の順で配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電動三輪車。
- 前記後輪(WR)の回転を禁止するパーキングロック機構(65)を備え、
減速前の前記モータ出力軸(36)と同軸上に、前記パーキングロック機構(65)のロックアーム(71)が係合するロック歯車(70)が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電動三輪車。 - 前記パーキングロック機構(65)は、車体側面視で、前記カウンタ軸(38)の車体上方または下方で、かつ前記モータ(M)とオーバーラップする位置に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動三輪車。
