Abstract
【解決手段】 油圧操作弁1は、電磁吸着機構21と鋼球24とを備える。電磁吸着機構21は、電流を流すと、ソレノイド26に吸着板25を吸着するようになっており、吸着することで鋼球24をカムディスク7の外表面に向かって押圧する。カムディスク7の外表面は、2つの段差31,32を有し、カムディスク7を時計回り及び反時計回りに夫々回動させると、これら段差31,32に押圧された鋼球24が係合し、カムディスク7がディテントされるようになっている。また、これら2つの段差31,32は、前記カムディスク7を中立位置へと戻すことで電磁吸着機構21の押圧に抗して吸着板25をソレノイド26から引き離し、カムディスク7のディテント状態が解除されるようになっている。

Claims (4)
- カムの回動方向に応じて出力方向を切換え、このカムの回動角度に応じた出力値を発生させる操作装置であって、
前記カムの外表面に当接する係合部材と、
励磁手段に電流が流されると、前記励磁手段に吸着体を吸着して前記係合部材を前記カムの外表面に向かって押す電磁吸着機構とを備え、
前記カムの外表面には、前記カムを回動させた際に前記電磁吸着機構により押された前記係合部材が係合して前記カムをディテントする2つの段差が形成され、
前記2つの段差は、前記カムを戻すことで前記電磁吸着機構の押圧に抗して前記吸着体を前記励磁手段から引き離すようになっている
ことを特徴とする操作装置。 - 前記カムの外表面は、前記2つの段差の間にある中央領域と、該中央領域の両側にあって各段差を介して中央領域に繋がる2つの外側領域とを有し、
前記2つの段差は、前記係合部材が当接し、且つ隣接する外側領域と成す勾配θが150度以上165度以下になっている傾斜面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置。 - 前記係合部材への押圧力を制御すべく前記電磁吸着機構の励磁手段に流す電流値を調整可能な電流調整装置を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の操作装置。 - ばね部材により当接部材を付勢し、該当接部材を前記カムの外表面に押し付ける押圧機構を更に備え、
前記カムの外表面には、前記カムを回動させる時の基点となる中立位置、及び前記中立位置から一方及び他方側に夫々離れて位置する2つのストロークエンド位置に前記カムがあるときに前記当接部材が夫々係合する3つの溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の操作装置。
