Abstract
【解決手段】環状導体と、前記環状導体の上下を被覆する上ベースフィルム100および下ベースフィルム200とを備えてなる、環状導体を用いたフレキシブルフラットケーブルにおいて、前記上ベースフィルムおよび前記下ベースフィルムを被覆する前に前記環状導体の一部を圧延して形成した平角導体10が、前記フレキシブルフラットケーブルの端子部に露出し、前記端子部に露出した前記平角導体は、前記環状導体および前記平角導体が前記下ベースフィルムに貼り付けられるに際して、前記下ベースフィルムに貼り付けられた形で前記下ベースフィルムに支持されており、前記下ベースフィルムは、前記端子部を含む前記フレキシブルフラットケーブルの全長に亘って一体に形成されている。

- 環状導体と、前記環状導体の上下を被覆する上ベースフィルムおよび下ベースフィルムとを備えてなる、環状導体を用いたフレキシブルフラットケーブルにおいて、
前記上ベースフィルムおよび前記下ベースフィルムを被覆する前に前記環状導体の一部を圧延して形成した平角導体が、前記フレキシブルフラットケーブルの端子部に露出し、
前記端子部に露出した前記平角導体は、前記環状導体および前記平角導体が前記下ベースフィルムに貼り付けられるに際して、前記下ベースフィルムに貼り付けられた形で前記下ベースフィルムに支持されており、
前記下ベースフィルムは、前記端子部を含む前記フレキシブルフラットケーブルの全長に亘って一体に形成されていることを特徴とする環状導体を用いたフレキシブルフラットケーブル。 - 前記上ベースフィルムの末端には帯状の絶縁フィルムが挿入されており、前記帯状の絶縁フィルムの一部は、前記上ベースフィルムによって被覆されていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環状導体を用いたフレキシブルフラットケーブル。
- 前記環状導体の外面には、絶縁コーティング層がそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の環状導体を用いたフレキシブルフラットケーブル。
