Abstract
【解決手段】燃料の噴射と噴射の停止を行うために協働して燃料通路の開閉を行う弁体3及び弁座10と、弁座10を有するノズル体4と、弁体3と弁座10とが接触するシート部10aの下流に設けられた旋回用通路21と、旋回用通路21と燃料噴射孔23とが接続された旋回室22と、を備えた燃料噴射弁において、旋回室22の燃料噴射孔23に対向する壁面部4aに、旋回室22の容積を拡張する凹部(バッファ)24を設ける。

Claims (3)
- 燃料の噴射と噴射の停止を行うために協働して燃料通路の開閉を行う弁体及び弁座と、前記弁座を有するノズル体と、前記弁体と前記弁座とが接触するシート部の下流に設けられた旋回用通路と、前記旋回用通路と燃料噴射孔とが接続された旋回室と、を備えた燃料噴射弁において、
前記旋回室の前記燃料噴射孔に対向する壁面部に、前記旋回室の容積を拡張する凹部を設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凹部は、その断面が台形状の空間形状をなしており、前記台形状を構成する上辺の長さが前記燃料噴射孔の直径と略等しいことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凹部の高さが前記旋回室の高さより小さいことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
