Description
旋回用通路の合わせ面20aと旋回室の合わせ面20bは同面でも構わないが、好ましくは僅かな段差が形成されていると良い。その場合、旋回室の合わせ面20bが旋回用通路の合わせ面2aの下側方向に僅かにずれるように設計されると良い。

Claims (5)
- 燃料の噴射と停止を行うために開閉可能な弁体と、
該弁体と密着して燃料の噴射の停止を行うことが可能な弁座面を有するノズル体と、
前記弁座面の燃料流れに対して下流に配置され燃料が通過する旋回用通路と、
該旋回用通路の下流に配置される旋回室と、
旋回燃料を噴射する燃料噴射孔を有するオリフィスプレートと、を備えた燃料噴射弁において、
前記ノズル体における前記オリフィスプレート側の端面は、前記旋回用通路と対向する第一の面と、前記旋回室と対向する第二の面と、を有し、
前記第一の面は、前記第二の面と重なる平面よりも前記オリフィスプレート側に配置されることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記オリフィスプレートにおける前記ノズル体側の面は、前記第一の面と対向する第三の面と、前記第二の面と対向する第四の面と、を有し、
前記第三の面は、前記第四の面と重なる平面よりも前記ノズル体側に配置されることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記ノズル体における前記オリフィスプレート側の端面は、前記オリフィスプレート側に向かって凸状となる傾斜面であることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記ノズル体は、前記第二の面の外周に凹部が形成され、
前記オリフィスプレートは、前記凹部に挿入固定されることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記旋回室の断面がインボリュート曲線又は螺旋曲線で形成されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
