Abstract
【解決手段】弁座部材3及びインジェクタプレート10間に燃料拡散室41を形成し,インジェクタプレート10に設けられる複数の燃料噴孔を弁孔7の軸線Aを中心とする仮想円C上に配置すると共に,各組G1,G2の燃料噴孔群38a,38bを,その組の中央部に並ぶ複数の燃料噴孔38aからなる第1群Gaと,この第1群Gaの両側に並ぶ複数の燃料噴孔38bからなる第2群Gbとで構成し,第1群Gaの燃料噴孔38aの内径をD1,第2群38bの燃料噴孔38bの内径をD2,第1群Gaの燃料噴孔38aの総開口面積をS1,第2群Gbの燃料噴孔38bの総開口面積をS2としたとき,0.5≦D2/D1≦0.85及びS1<S2を成立させる。

Claims (3)
- 弁座(8)及びその中心部を貫通する弁孔(7)を有する弁座部材(3)と,前記弁座(8)と協働して前記弁孔(7)を開閉する弁体(16)と,前記弁孔(7)の軸線(A)周りに配置される複数の燃料噴孔(38a,38b,38a,38b)を有して前記弁座部材(3)の外端面に接合されるインジェクタプレート(10)とを備え,前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)間に,前記弁孔(7)を出た燃料を前記各燃料噴孔(38a,38b,38a,38b)に拡散して分配する燃料拡散室(41)を形成し,前記複数の燃料噴孔(38a,38b,38a,38b)を,前記弁孔(7)の軸線(A)を含む一平面(L)を境にして二組(G1,G2)の燃料噴孔(38a,38b;38a,38b)群に分け,これら二組(G1,G2)の燃料噴孔(38a,38b;38a,38b)群からの噴射燃料により二本の噴霧フォーム(F1,F2)を形成するようにした燃料噴射弁において,
全ての燃料噴孔(38a,38b)を前記軸線(A)を中心とする仮想円(C)上に配置すると共に,各組(G1,G2)の燃料噴孔群(38a,38b)を,該組の中央部に並ぶ複数の燃料噴孔(38a)からなる第1群(Ga)と,この第1群(Ga)の両側に並ぶ複数の燃料噴孔(38b)からなる第2群(Gb)とで構成し,第1群(Ga)の燃料噴孔(38a)の内径をD1,第2群(38b)の燃料噴孔(38b)の内径をD2,第1群(Ga)の燃料噴孔(38a)の総開口面積をS1,第2群(Gb)の燃料噴孔(38b)の総開口面積をS2としたとき,次式(1)及び(2)が成立するようにしたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。

第2群(Gb)の燃料噴孔(38b)中,最外側の燃料噴孔の内径D2′を,他の燃料噴孔の内径D2より小さく設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
