Abstract
【解決手段】駆動装置は、定置ベース部および可動構造部の一方と結合するケースパイプ1と、可動構造部および定置ベース部の他方と結合するジャケットパイプ28と、ねじ付きスピンドル16とねじ付きスピンドルに嵌着されたスピンドルナット19と、ケースパイプとジャケットパイプとを接離するスピンドルドライブ17と、クラッチ装置15を介してスピンドルドライブを駆動するロータリドライブ9とを備え、所定のトルクを超えるとクラッチ装置で結合を解除する。多数のN極とS極を有する磁石リングがセンサエレメント付近に回転自在に配置され、センサエレメントと協働する磁石リングが、クラッチ装置に回り止めされてねじ付きスピンドルとの結合部分に配置され、センサエレメントがケースパイプに対して不動の位置に配置されている。

Claims (2)
- 特に車両ボディである定置ベース部および特に車両ハッチまたは車両ドアである可動構造部の一方と結合できるケースパイプと、
前記可動構造部および前記定置ベース部の他方と結合できるジャケットパイプと、
ねじ付きスピンドルおよび前記ねじ付きスピンドルに嵌着されたスピンドルナットを有し、前記ケースパイプと前記ジャケットパイプとを互いに軸方向に相対運動できるようにするスピンドルドライブと、
前記スピンドルドライブを、クラッチ装置により作られた過負荷防止装置を介して回転自在に駆動するロータリドライブと、を備え、所定のトルクを超えると、その相互の回転不動の結合が解除できるよう構成された駆動装置であって、
多数のN極およびS極を有する磁石リング(43)が回転運動自在にセンサエレメント(44)の付近に配置されており、前記センサエレメント(44)と協働する前記磁石リング(43)が、前記クラッチ装置(15)において回り止めされた形態で前記ねじ付きスピンドル(16)と結合した部分(36)に配置され、
前記センサエレメント(44)が前記ケースパイプ(1)に対して不動の位置に配置されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記センサエレメント(44)が、前記クラッチ装置(15)のケース(46)の内壁に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
