Abstract
【解決手段】特に車両ボディである定置基礎部分1又は特に車両リッド又は車両ドアである可動構造部分3と結合できる第1の締結具10と、可動構造部分3又は定置基礎部分1と結合できる第2の締結具17と、ねじ付きスピンドル33と、該ねじ付きスピンドルに嵌置されたスピンドルナット44と、を備え、第1と第2の締結具を互いに軸方向に相対運動可能にするスピンドル動力機構、及び、過負荷防止装置を介してスピンドル動力機構を回転自在に駆動する回転駆動機構18を備え、トルクが所定の値を超えた時にその相互の回転不動の結合を解放可能な駆動装置を提供する。過負荷防止装置は、回転動力機構の駆動シャフトに嵌置されたリングエレメント31を含む。

Claims (10)
- 特に車両ボディである定置基礎部分又は特に車両リッド又は車両ドアである可動構造部分と結合できる第1の締結具と、
前記可動構造部分又は前記定置基礎部分と結合できる第2の締結具と、
ねじ付きスピンドルと、
前記ねじ付きスピンドルに嵌置されたスピンドルナットと、を備え、
前記第1の締結具および前記第2の締結具を互いに軸方向に相対運動できるようにするスピンドル動力機構と、
過負荷防止装置を介して前記スピンドル動力機構を回転自在に駆動する回転駆動機構と、を備え、トルクが所定の値を超えた時にその相互の回転不動の結合を解放可能である駆動装置であって、
前記過負荷防止装置が、前記回転動力機構(18)の駆動シャフトに嵌置されたリングエレメント(31)を含むことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記回転駆動機構が電動モータ(19)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記回転駆動機構がギヤユニット(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動シャフトが、前記ねじ付きスピンドル(33)と結合したアダプタスリーブ(27)の中に突き入ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記アダプタスリーブ(27)が位置する前記駆動シャフトの領域に、前記駆動シャフトの外被面を径方向に周回する形状であると共に1つの溝底面(29)および2つの溝壁面(30)を有する溝(28)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動シャフトが少なくとも部分的に焼入れを施した材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駆動装置。
- 少なくとも前記溝底面(29)と前記溝壁面(30)の領域が焼入れを施した材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記リングエレメント(31)が前記溝(28)に嵌入していることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記リングエレメント(31)が、エンボスウェブ(50)を設けた金属ストリップを含み、これがリングに向かって湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記リングエレメント(31)が組み込まれた時、前記エンボスウェブ(50)が前記アダプタスリーブ(27)に面していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の駆動装置。
