外部件36的指向传动装置11方向的端部形成法兰40地向内卷起,并且将支承部件40的盘41保持在一边为内部件32、阻尼部件33、中间部件34和弹簧环35与在另一侧为法兰40之间的一个位置中。整件和盘41相连接的套筒42从盘41继续朝传动装置11方向延伸。在套筒42上设置具有多个北极和南极的磁环43。所述磁环43和传感器元件44共同作用。所述传感器元件设置在印刷电路板45上。所述印制电路板45又设置在耦合装置15的壳体46的内壁上。 
传感器元件44包括至少一个霍耳传感器,然而优选地包括两个具有规定相位偏移的霍耳传感器。虽然在此示出的是一个结构部件,然而也可以使用两个分开的霍耳传感器。 
当在控制装置46未被激活或者在“睡觉”时用手操作汽车的可运动的部件,例如活动门,这时通过霍耳传感器或者两个霍耳传感器的信号,且通过只示出的线路接通控制装置46,通过这一措施,通过与丝杠16不转动地连接的耦合装置15的外部件36和也是不转动地与外部件36连接的磁环43就能感应到丝杠16的旋转运动。

Claims (2)

1.驱动装置,它
具有和固定的基本部件,特别是汽车车身,或者与可运动的结构部件,特别是汽车活门或汽车门可连接的壳体管,
具有可与相应另外部件,可运动的结构部件或者固定的基本部件可连接的外管,
具有带有丝杠和在该丝杠上设置的丝杠螺母的螺杆传动装置,通过所述传动装置壳体管和外管轴向可相对运动,
具有通过由耦合装置形成的过载保护装置可旋转驱动螺杆传动装置的旋转驱动装置,其中,当超过确定的转矩时它们彼此间的不相对转动连接是可松开的,
其特征在于,具有多个北极和南极的磁环(43)能旋转运动地设置在传感器元件(44)的附近,其中,和传感器元件(44)共同作用的磁环(43)设置在耦合装置(15)的与丝杠(16)不转动连接的部件(36)上,并且传感器元件(44)相对于壳体管(1)位置固定地设置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,传感器元件(44)设置在耦合装置(15)的壳体(46)的内壁上。
