Abstract
【解決手段】 低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置は、高電圧バッテリから印加される高電圧を配分して出力端子に印加又は遮断する高電圧リレー及び高電圧リレーを介して印加される高電圧を出力端子に伝達するバスバーからなる高電圧部と、低電圧負荷を知能型電力半導体を介して制御し高電圧部の故障状態および各電装部品の駆動を制御する低電圧制御ボードと、内部空間に高電圧部と低電圧制御ボードとを内蔵する制御ボックスとを含んでなる。

Claims (7)
- 高電圧バッテリから印加される高電圧を配分して出力端子に印加または遮断する高電圧リレー及び前記高電圧リレーを介して印加される高電圧を出力端子に伝達するためのバスバーからなる高電圧部と、
低電圧負荷を知能型電力半導体を介して制御し、高電圧部の故障状態および各電装部品の駆動を制御する低電圧制御ボードと、
内部に空間を備え、前記内部の空間に前記高電圧部と前記低電圧制御ボードを内蔵する制御ボックスと、を含んでなることを特徴とする低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置。 - 前記バスバーに取り付けられ、前記バスバーを通して流れる高電圧による電流を測定する電流センサをさらに含み、前記電流センサは前記低電圧制御ボードによって駆動制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置。
- 前記高電圧部は、
前記出力端子に高電圧が印加される前に、急激な電流の移動による電装装置の損傷を防止するために少量の電流で高電圧を前記出力端子に供給する事前充電リレーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置。 - 前記高電圧部は、
前記事前充電リレーに印加される電流を制限するための抵抗をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置。 - 前記制御ボックスに備えられ、外部に露出された遮断スイッチと、
前記制御ボックスに備えられた遮断スイッチ及び前記出力端子を全て覆うように備えられたボックスカバーとをさらに含み、
前記遮断スイッチは、前記ボックスカバーが前記制御ボックスから離脱されれば、オフとなり、前記出力端子に電源が出力されるのを遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置。 - 前記ボックスカバーは、前記制御ボックスの上部を覆う時、前記遮断スイッチをオン状態に維持させるためのプッシュロッドを含み、前記ボックスカバーが前記制御ボックスから離脱されれば、前記プッシュロッドが前記遮断スイッチから離れて前記遮断スイッチをオフにすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置。
- 前記高電圧部と前記低電圧制御ボードは、互いに電磁波の影響を最小化するために、互いに離隔するように配置された電磁波遮蔽構造からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低電圧及び高電圧統合電圧分配装置。
