Abstract
【解決手段】電線の露出芯線部13aと端子20との接続部分に熱収縮チューブ30を装着する端子付電線の製造方法である。電線12を熱収縮チューブ30に通してから、露出芯線部13aに端子を接続する。この後、熱収縮チューブ30を、露出芯線部13aと端子20との接続部分を覆う位置に移動させ、熱収縮チューブ30の一部を電線12及び端子20の少なくとも一部に仮固着する。この後、熱収縮チューブ30を加熱して熱収縮させることにより、熱収縮チューブ30を装着する。

Description
まず、端子付電線について説明する。図1は端子付電線10を示す側面図である。端子付電線10は、電線12と、端子20と、熱収縮チューブ30とを備えている。
ここでは、電線12の端部と端子20との接続部分に対する熱収縮チューブ30の位置を精度よく維持して、端子付電線10を製造する方法について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 電線の露出芯線部と端子との接続部分に熱収縮チューブを装着する端子付電線の製造方法であって、
(a)前記電線を前記熱収縮チューブに通す工程と、
(b)前記電線の露出芯線部に端子を接続する工程と、
(c)前記熱収縮チューブを、前記露出芯線部と前記端子との前記接続部分を覆う位置に移動させる工程と、
(d)前記熱収縮チューブの一部を前記電線及び前記端子の少なくとも一部に仮固着する工程と、
(e)前記熱収縮チューブを加熱して熱収縮させることにより、前記露出芯線部と前記端子との前記接続部分に前記熱収縮チューブを装着する工程と、
を備える端子付電線の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の端子付電線の製造方法であって、
前記熱収縮チューブの内周部に接着層又は粘着層が形成され、
前記工程(d)において、前記接着層又は粘着層によって、前記熱収縮チューブの一部を前記電線及び前記端子の少なくとも一部に仮固着する、端子付電線の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の端子付電線の製造方法であって、
前記工程(d)において、前記熱収縮チューブの一部を加熱して部分的に熱収縮させることにより、前記熱収縮チューブの一部を前記電線及び前記端子の少なくとも一部に仮固着する、端子付電線の製造方法。 - 露出芯線部を有する電線と、
前記露出芯線部に接続された端子と、
前記露出芯線部と前記端子との接続部分を覆うように配設され、一部が前記電線及び前記端子の少なくとも一部に仮固着された熱収縮チューブと、
を備える端子付電線。
