Description
請求項9に記載の発明は、長手方向の一部で所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで導体が露出している電線の、前記露出している導体の長手方向の一部で、前記導体の素線同士を接合して接合部位を形成する接合部位形成工程と、前記接合部位形成工程で接合部位を形成した後、ワイヤバレル部を備えている端子を、前記ワイヤバレル部が前記接合部位の少なくとも一部を覆うように、前記電線に設置する端子設置工程とを有し、前記ワイヤバレル部には、前記接合部位の応力を低減するための荷重逃がし部が設けられており、前記荷重逃がし部は、前記ワイヤバレル部の、少なくとも一方の端部に設けられており、前記ワイヤバレル部の端に向かうにしたがって、径が次第に大きくなっている端子付き電線の製造方法である。

Claims (9)
- 長手方向の一部で、所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで導体が露出しており、この露出している導体の一部に、前記導体の素線同士が接合されている接合部位が、所定の長さにわたって形成されている電線と、
ワイヤバレル部を備え、このワイヤバレル部が前記接合部位の少なくとも一部を覆っている端子と、
を有し、前記ワイヤバレル部には、前記接合部位の応力を低減するための荷重逃がし部が設けられており、
前記荷重逃がし部は、前記ワイヤバレル部の、少なくとも一方の端部に設けられており、前記ワイヤバレル部の端に向かうにしたがって、径が次第に大きくなっていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項1に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記荷重逃がし部は、前記接合部位の端での応力を低減するために設けられていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記被覆のところにおける導体の直径を「d」とし、
前記端子の厚さを「t」とし、
前記端子のワイヤバレル部の高さを「Hc」とし、
前記荷重逃がし部の段差の高さを「A」とすると、
「0<A≦(d+2t)−Hc」の関係になっていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項3記載の端子付き電線において、
前記端子が設置される前の前記接合部位の高さを「H」とし、
前記端子が設置された後の、前記荷重逃がし部を除く前記ワイヤバレル部の部位おける接合部位の高さを「Hw」とすると、
「H−Hw<A」の関係になっていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記ワイヤバレル部の、前記被覆側に位置している端が、前記接合部位の、前記被覆側に位置している端よりも、前記被覆側に位置していることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項5に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記電線の長手方向と前記ワイヤバレル部の前後方向とがお互いに一致しており、
前後方向で、前記接合部位が前記ワイヤバレル部の内側に位置していることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線において、
複数本の前記電線に1つの前記端子が設置されていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記ワイヤバレル部は、本体部と前記荷重逃がし部とベルマウス部とを備えて構成されており、前記電線の長手方向であって前記露出している導体から前記被覆に向かう方向で、前記本体部と前記荷重逃がし部と前記ベルマウス部とがこの順にならんでおり、
前記電線の長手方向における長さ寸法の値は、前記本体部でもっとも大きく、前記荷重逃がし部で次に大きく、前記ベルマウス部で最も小さくなっていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 長手方向の一部で所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで導体が露出している電線の、前記露出している導体の長手方向の一部で、前記導体の素線同士を接合して接合部位を形成する接合部位形成工程と、
前記接合部位形成工程で接合部位を形成した後、ワイヤバレル部を備えている端子を、前記ワイヤバレル部が前記接合部位の少なくとも一部を覆うように、前記電線に設置する端子設置工程と、
を有し、前記ワイヤバレル部には、前記接合部位の応力を低減するための荷重逃がし部が設けられており、
前記荷重逃がし部は、前記ワイヤバレル部の、少なくとも一方の端部に設けられており、前記ワイヤバレル部の端に向かうにしたがって、径が次第に大きくなっていることを特徴とする端子付き電線の製造方法。
