Abstract
【解決手段】アクリロニトリル系共重合体である電解質ゲル化剤;及びニトリル系溶媒を含む液体電解質を含み、更に好ましくは金属ヨウ化物塩、ヨウ素、添加剤又はそれらの組み合わせを含む低いゲル化温度を有する電解質組成物。該電解質組成物を用いた電子部品、該電子部品が色素増感太陽電池である、の製造方法。低いゲル化温度は、電解質組成物が加熱行程なしでゲル化できることを意味し、得られる太陽電池中で良好な光起電力性能が維持できる。

Claims (20)
- 低いゲル化温度を有する電解質組成物であって:
アクリロニトリル系共重合体である電解質ゲル化剤;及び
ニトリル系溶媒を含む液体電解質;を含む電解質組成物。 - アクリロニトリル系共重合体中のアクリロニトリルが85重量パーセント以上の量である、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- アクリロニトリル系共重合体の数平均分子量が250,000〜750,000の範囲内にある、請求項2に記載の電解質組成物。
- アクリロニトリル系共重合体がポリ(アクリロニトリル−co−酢酸ビニル)である、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- ポリ(アクリロニトリル−co−酢酸ビニル)において、アクリロニトリルが87〜97重量パーセントの量であり、かつ酢酸ビニルが3〜13重量パーセントの量である、請求項4に記載の電解質組成物。
- ニトリル系溶媒がR−CNとして表され、ここでRがC1−5アルキル、C2−4アルケニル、C2−4アルキニル、又は−R1−O−R2であり、ここでR1及びR2が独立してC1−4アルキル、C2−3アルケニル、又はC2−3アルキニルであり、そしてR1及びR2の合計炭素数が6未満である、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- R1がC2アルキルであるとき、C2アルキル中の炭素原子の一つが第三級である、請求項6に記載の電解質組成物。

- 以下の工程を含む電子部品の製造方法であって:
第一基板及び第二基板を提供すること、ここで第一電極が第一基板の表面上に配置され、そして第二電極が第二基板の表面上に配置されており;
低いゲル化温度を有する電解質組成物を、第一及び第二基板の間に注入して、電子部品を形成すること、ここで低いゲル化温度を有する電解質組成物が第一及び第二電極の間に挿入され、そして0〜50℃の温度でゲル化する;及び
電子部品をシールすること、
ここで低いゲル化温度を有する電解質組成物が、アクリロニトリル系共重合体である電解質ゲル化剤及びニトリル系溶媒を含む液体電解質を含む、電子部品の製造方法。 - アクリロニトリル系共重合体中のアクリロニトリルが85重量パーセント以上の量である、請求項11に記載の方法。
