Abstract
【解決手段】正極活物質を正極集電体上に有する正極と、正極と電解質を介して対向する負極とを有し、正極活物質は、リチウムとマンガン、コバルト、ニッケルの一以上とを含む化合物で形成される第1の領域と、第1の領域を覆い、且つリチウムと鉄とを含む化合物で形成される第2の領域とを有する、蓄電装置である。正極活物質の表層部が鉄を含む第2の領域で形成されていることで、正極活物質表面でのリチウムの挿入脱離におけるエネルギー障壁を下げることが可能である。

- 請求項2または3において、前記リチウムと鉄とを含むリン酸化合物は、オリビン構造を有する領域を含むことを特徴とする蓄電装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項において、前記正極活物質の前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域は結晶格子の軸方向が一致していることを特徴とする蓄電装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項において、前記正極活物質は粒子状であることを特徴とする蓄電装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項において、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域は膜状であることを特徴とする蓄電装置。
- 請求項7において、前記第1の領域は正極活物質中において複数の領域を有することを特徴とする蓄電装置。
- 正極活物質を正極集電体上に有する正極と、
前記正極と電解質を介して対向する負極とを有し、
前記正極活物質は粒子状であり、
前記正極活物質は、
リチウムと鉄とマンガン、コバルト、ニッケルの一以上とを含む化合物で形成され、
前記正極活物質の中心部より表層部の方が鉄の濃度が高いことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 正極活物質を正極集電体上に有する正極と、
前記正極と電解質を介して対向する負極とを有し、
前記正極活物質は粒子状であり、
前記正極活物質は、
リチウムと鉄とマンガン、コバルト、ニッケルの一以上とを含む化合物で形成され、
前記正極活物質の第1の部分より第2の部分の方が鉄の濃度が高く、
前記第1の部分は前記第2の部分より中心に近いことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 正極活物質を正極集電体上に有する正極と、
前記正極と電解質を介して対向する負極とを有し、
前記正極活物質は膜状であり、
前記正極活物質は、
リチウムと鉄とマンガン、コバルト、ニッケルの一以上とを含む化合物で形成され、
前記正極活物質の前記正極集電体に近い側より表層部の方が鉄の濃度が高いことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 正極活物質を正極集電体上に有する正極と、
前記正極と電解質を介して対向する負極とを有し、
前記正極活物質は膜状であり、
前記正極活物質は、
リチウムと鉄とマンガン、コバルト、ニッケルの一以上とを含む化合物で形成され、
前記正極活物質の第1の部分より第2の部分の方が鉄の濃度が高く、
前記第2の部分は前記第1の部分より表面に近いことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項において、前記リチウムと鉄とマンガン、コバルト、ニッケルの一以上とを含む化合物はリン酸化合物であることを特徴とする蓄電装置。
- 請求項13において、前記リチウムと鉄とマンガン、コバルト、ニッケルの一以上とを含むリン酸化合物はオリビン構造を有する領域を含むことを特徴とする蓄電装置。
