Abstract
【解決手段】第1高圧吐出油路110および第2高圧吐出油路114からの高圧ポート吐出量Q1は、車両の定常走行状態において、エンジン回転速度NEが、無段変速機18の変速制御の予め定められた最低目標入力軸回転速度NINT_Lに対応する所定エンジン回転速度NE2以上となる場合に、相対的に高油圧の作動油の消費量が高圧ポート吐出量Q1により充足されるように予め設定される。車両の定常走行状態においては、無段変速機18の変速状態に拘わらず上記高油圧の作動油の消費量が高圧ポート吐出量Q1により充足され、第1低圧吐出油路112および第2低圧吐出油路116からの作動油が低油圧に維持されるので、ポンプ駆動トルクを十分に低減することができる。

Claims (3)
- 外周歯を有し、エンジンによって一軸心まわりに回転駆動されるドライブギヤと、該ドライブギヤの外周歯に噛み合わされた内周歯を有して前記一軸心から偏心した偏心軸心まわりに回転可能に設けられ、該ドライブギヤにより回転駆動される円環状のドリブンギヤと、該ドリブンギヤおよびドライブギヤが収容させられたポンプ室と、該ポンプ室内から油を吐出するために該ポンプ室の側面に周方向の所定の間隔を隔ててそれぞれ開口させられ、前記内周歯と外周歯との噛合隙間によって周方向に形成された複数の油圧室が前記ドライブギヤおよびドリブンギヤの回転に伴って所定の回転方向に移動させられるときにおいて、該油圧室の容積が減少させられる過程で順次連通させられる高圧吐出油路および低圧吐出油路とを有するハウジングとを備え、相対的に高油圧の作動油の消費量が該高圧吐出油路からの吐出量だけで充足される場合には、該低圧吐出油路からの油圧が前記高圧吐出油路の油圧よりも所定圧低い低油圧に維持される内接歯車型のオイルポンプと、
前記相対的に高油圧の作動油の少なくとも一部が供給されることで作動させられる無段変速機と
を、備える車両用動力伝達装置であって、
前記高圧吐出油路の吐出量は、車両の定常走行状態において、前記無段変速機の入力軸回転速度が該無段変速機の変速制御の予め定められた最低目標回転速度以上の回転域において、前記相対的に高油圧の作動油の消費量が前記高圧吐出油路からの吐出量により充足されるように予め設定されていることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記高圧吐出油路の吐出量は、該高圧吐出油路および前記低圧吐出油路の合計吐出量に対して、1/2よりも多くなるように予め設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記無段変速機は、互いに平行に設けられた入力軸および出力軸と、該入力軸および出力軸に設けられた一対の溝幅可変プーリと、該一対の溝幅可変プーリのV溝にそれぞれ巻き掛けられた伝動ベルトと、該一対の溝幅可変プーリの該伝動ベルトに対する挟圧力をそれぞれ付与する一対の油圧シリンダとを備え、該一対の油圧シリンダに前記高油圧が供給されることで該一対の油圧シリンダがそれぞれ作動させられて、前記伝動ベルトの前記一対の溝幅可変プーリに対する掛かり径が変化させられることにより、変速比を無段階に変化させるベルト式無段変速機であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置。
