Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- なるべくガラス板を持つ太陽電池モジュールを構造化する装置であって、太陽電池モジュールを保持する保持装置、及び太陽電池モジュール上にある少なくとも1つの被覆を構造化する少なくとも1つの構造化工具を有し、太陽電池モジュールが構造化工具から遠い方にある上側に無接触で保持されるものにおいて、保持装置が、吸引空気により太陽電池モジュールを吸引するように構成されている少なくとも1つなるべく複数の保持手段を持っていることを特徴とする、装置。
- 保持装置が少なくとも1つなるべく複数の保持手段を持ち、太陽電池モジュールの上側に、圧縮空気を使用して保持手段により、太陽電池を保持するためのベルヌーイ効果による負圧が発生されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 保持装置が、付加的な空気クッションを発生するように構成されている少なくとも1つなるべく複数の保持手段を持ち、空気クッションの下で太陽電池モジュールが浮動することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 構造化工具が保持装置の下に可動に設けられていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の装置。
- 構造化工具が、少なくとも1つの車及び少なくとも1つのレーザ、縦方向及び横方向に可動ななるべく複数のレーザを持っていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の装置。
- 車がレーザを設ける支持体を持ち、この支持体が、平行に延びる2つの案内体上を加工すべき太陽電池モジュールの縦方向に移動可能であり、支持体にあるレーザが構造化工具の横方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 支持体が自由端に案内体の1つに一致する車台を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 案内体が太陽電池モジュールと共に1つの面に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 構造化工具の加工範囲の下に空いた空間が残っていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の装置。
- 保持装置が、太陽電池モジュールの面に対して平行に、90°自由に回転可能であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の装置。
- 保持装置が、レーザにより蒸発せしめられる層粒子を吸取るために用いられることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の装置。
- 位置ぎめ補助手段が太陽電池モジュールの側方に設けられて、太陽電池の位置ぎめ及び/又は固定のために少なくとも一部太陽電池モジュールの面にあることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の装置。
