Abstract
Description
熱伝達の領域及びカプセル封じ技術における著しい改良;完全に閉鎖された電極部を1つのステップで伝熱エレメントと共に製造することができる、ということである。これは、注型及び樹脂成形技術又は射出成形技術を用いて行うことができる。
Claims (13)
- 外部カプセル封じケーシングに封入された真空断続器チャンバを有する低圧、中圧又は高圧スイッチギヤアセンブリの電極部であって、該電極部が、複合材料から成りかつ電極部の両端部において金属のカバーエレメントによって閉鎖されている形式のものにおいて、
真空断続器チャンバと、接点ホルダと、カプセル封じケーシングとの間に、円筒状ケーシングの形式の熱伝導性伝熱エレメントが設けられており、該伝熱エレメントの内面が、真空断続器チャンバ外面及び接点ホルダに当接しているか又は前記真空断続器チャンバ外面及び前記接点ホルダの近傍に当接しており、前記伝熱エレメントの外面が、カプセル封じケーシング内面に当接しているか又は前記カプセル封じケーシング内に配置されていることを特徴とする、電極部。 - 円筒状ケーシングの形式の伝熱エレメントの外面が折り畳まれている、請求項1記載の電極部。
- 円筒状ケーシングの形式の伝熱エレメントの外面が波形である、請求項1記載の電極部
- 円筒状ケーシングの形式の伝熱エレメントの外面が粗くなっている、請求項1記載の電極部。
- 円筒状ケーシングの形式の伝熱エレメントが、金属、好適には銅又は銅合金から成る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電極部。
- 円筒状ケーシングの形式の伝熱エレメントが、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から成る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電極部。
- 円筒状ケーシングの形式の伝熱エレメントが、熱伝導性プラスチックから成る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電極部。
- 円筒状ケーシングの形式の伝熱エレメントが、2コンポーネント、3コンポーネント又は多コンポーネント材料から層状に形成されており、外部材料コンポーネントが、高い熱伝導率を有し、内部材料コンポーネントが、低い熱伝導率を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電極部。
- 外部カプセル封じケーシングに封入された真空断続器を有する低圧、中圧又は高圧スイッチギャアセンブリの電極部を製造する方法において、前記電極部が、複合材料から成りかつ両端部において金属のカバーエレメントによって閉鎖されており、
外部カプセル封じケーシングに封入する前に真空断続器チャンバに伝熱エレメントが提供され、該伝熱エレメントが真空断続器チャンバの外面に取り付けられ、次いで、カプセル封じケーシングコンパウンドで包囲又は押出被覆されることを特徴とする、電極部を製造する方法。 - 外部カプセル封じケーシングに封入された、セラミック又はガラスの絶縁体が取り付けられた真空断続器チャンバを有する低圧、中圧又は高圧スイッチギヤの電極部を製造するための方法において、前記電極部が、複合材料から成りかつ両端部において金属カバーエレメントによって閉鎖されており、
熱伝導性プラスチックから成る熱伝達器が、射出成形、注型又は成形コンパウンドプロセスを用いて製造され、次いで、カプセル封じケーシングコンパウンドに封入されるか、又は、カプセル封じの後に、開口を通じて電極部にねじ込まれ、この場合、このプラスチックに充填材を充填することができることを特徴とする、電極部を製造する方法。 - 後で提供される熱伝達器が、接着剤を介して電極部に密に結合され、電気的に密な接合部が生ぜしめられる、請求項10記載の電極部。
- 後で提供される熱伝達器が、ねじユニオンを介して、1つ又は2つ以上の内部コンポーネントとのねじ結合を介して電極部に結合される、請求項10又は11記載の電極部。
- 電極部を備える、後で提供される熱伝達器が、Oリング、平坦リングシール等のシールシステムを介して電極部に密に結合され、電気的に密な接合部が生ぜしめられる、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の電極部。
