Claims (17)

- 前記膜不安定化ブロックコポリマーはジブロックコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記膜不安定化ブロックコポリマーは第3のブロックを含む、請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記シェルはポリエチレングリコール基を含む、請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体。
- 約6.2から7.5のpH範囲にわたる前記ミセル集合体の形態は、ミセル、擬似ミセルまたはミセル様構造である、請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記ミセル集合体は少なくとも1つの治療薬を含む、請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記治療薬が、共有結合、非共有結合性相互作用またはそれらの組合せによって、前記ミセル集合体における少なくとも1つの前記膜不安定化ブロックコポリマーの前記シェルブロックに結合している、請求項6に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記治療薬は、ポリヌクレオチド、オリゴヌクレオチド、遺伝子発現修飾因子、ノックダウン剤、siRNA、RNAi剤、ダイサー基質、miRNA、shRNA、アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドまたはアプタマーである、請求項6に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記ミセル集合体が少なくとも1つのターゲッティング成分を含む、請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記シェルブロックは陽イオン性帯電可能のおよび非陽イオン性のモノマー単位を含む、請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記シェルブロックが、N,N−ジ(C1−C6)アルキル−アミノ(C1−C6)アルキル−エタクリレートモノマー単位、N,N−ジ(C1−C6)アルキル−アミノ(C1−C6)アルキル−メタクリレートモノマー単位、N,N−ジ(C1−C6)アルキル−アミノ(C1−C6)アルキル−アクリレートモノマー単位またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項10に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記コアブロックが少なくとも1つの第1の帯電可能なモノマー単位および少なくとも1つの第2の帯電可能なモノマー単位を含む、請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記第1の帯電可能なモノマー単位が(C2−C8)アルキルアクリル酸である、請求項12に記載のミセル集合体。
- 前記第2の帯電可能なモノマー単位が、N,N−ジ(C1−C6)アルキル−アミノ(C1−C6)アルキル−エタクリレート、N,N−ジ(C1−C6)アルキル−アミノ(C1−C6)アルキル−メタクリレートまたはN,N−ジ(C1−C6)アルキル−アミノ(C1−C6)アルキル−アクリラートである、請求項13に記載のミセル集合体。
- 下式Iの複数のブロックコポリマーを含む請求項1または2に記載のミセル集合体:
A0、A1、A2、A3およびA4は、−C−、−C−C−、−C(O)(C)aC(O)O−、−O(C)aC(O)−および−O(C)bO−から成る群から選択され;ここにおいて、
aは1−4であり;
bは2−4であり;
Y4は、水素、(1C−10C)アルキル、(3C−6C)シクロアルキル、O−(1C−10C)アルキル、−C(O)O(1C−10C)アルキル、C(O)NR6(1C−10C)、(4C−10C)ヘテロアリールおよび(6C−10C)およびアリールから成る群から選択され、これらのいずれかは任意に1以上のフッ素基で置換され;
