Claims (10)
- 組込み弁(4)用のスクリーンフィルタであって、組込み弁(4)はハウジング(52)の組込み孔(50)内に挿入されていて、スクリーンフィルタ(2)は保持突起(108)を有しており、該保持突起(108)は組込み弁(4)の挿入時に取付けポジションから弾性変形によって保持ポジションにもたらされることを特徴とするスクリーンフィルタ。
- 保持突起(108)が全周にわたって均一に分配配置された少なくとも3つのスナップフック(108)を有している、請求項1記載のスクリーンフィルタ。
- スナップフック(108)がほぼ軸平行に、保持リング(100)から離れる方向に延びている、請求項2記載のスクリーンフィルタ。
- 保持リング(100)がフィルタ織布(116)を保持している、請求項3記載のスクリーンフィルタ。
- 保持リング(100)の内周壁(126)に複数の突子が形成されており、該突子が、組込み弁(4)の外周区分(98)に摩擦力結合又は形状結合によって接触させられる、請求項3又は4記載のスクリーンフィルタ。
- スクリーンフィルタがドーム形のフィルタドーム(106)を有していて、スナップフック(108)がほぼ軸線方向で見てドーム頂部の領域において終わっている、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載のスクリーンフィルタ。
- 組込み弁装置であって、ハウジング(52)内に形成された組込み孔(50)が設けられていて、該組込み孔(50)内に少なくとも1つの供給接続部(P)が形成されていて、組込み孔(50)内に組込み弁(4)のハウジングカートリッジ(14)が挿入されており、ハウジングカートリッジ(14)の供給接続部(P)から入口開口(85)に通じる圧力媒体流路に、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のスクリーンフィルタ(2)が挿入されていることを特徴とする組込み弁装置。
- 組込み孔(50)が半径方向肩部(114)を有していて、該半径方向肩部(114)がスクリーンフィルタ(2)のスナップフック(108)によって後ろから係合されている、請求項7記載の組込み弁装置。
- ハウジングカートリッジ(14)が1つの端部領域(96)にリング切欠き(98)を有していて、該リング切欠き(98)にスクリーンフィルタ(2)の保持リング(100)が同一平面を成すように進入している、請求項7又は8記載の組込み弁装置。
- 保持リング(100)の端面が、組付けポジションにおいてリング切欠きのリング肩部(105)に接触している、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の組込み弁装置。
