Claims (10)
- バッテリーセルアセンブリーであって、
第1面と、前記第1面に対向する第2面とを有する第1バッテリーセルと、
前記第1バッテリーセルの前記第1面の少なくとも一部分に接触するように構成される第1パネル部材と、並びに
プラスチックフレームと第1熱伝導層及び第2熱伝導層とを有する熱交換器を備えてなり、
前記プラスチックフレームが、それを通じて延長される内部空間と、第3面と、及び前記第3面に対向する第4面を有してなり、
前記第1熱伝導層が、前記プラスチックフレームの前記第3面に配置され前記内部空間をカバーしてなり、
前記第2熱伝導層が、前記プラスチックフレームの前記第4面に配置され前記内部空間をカバーしてなり、
前記第1熱伝導層が、前記第1バッテリーセルの前記第2面に隣接して配置されて、液体が前記内部空間にある場合、熱エネルギーが前記第1バッテリーセルから前記第1熱伝導層を通じて前記液体に伝達されてなる、バッテリーセルアセンブリー。 - 前記熱交換器における前記プラスチックフレームが、矩形リング状のフレームであり、
前記熱交換器が、前記矩形リング状のフレームに連結される流出口と流入口とをさらに備えてなり、
前記矩形リング状のフレームが、前記流入口及び前記内部空間と流動体的に連結される第1延長孔を備えてなり、前記矩形リング状のフレームが、前記流出口及び前記内部空間と流動体的に連結される第2延長孔とを備えてなり、
前記液体が前記流入口及び前記第1延長孔を通じて前記内部空間に流れてなり、かつ、前記液体が前記内部空間から前記第2延長孔を経て前記流出口に流れるようされてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。 - 前記熱交換器が、前記内部空間を少なくとも第1内部領域及び第2内部領域に分割するために前記矩形リング状のフレームを横切って延長する少なくとも一つのクロス部材をさらに備えてなる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
- 前記第1熱伝導層が、アルミニウムから製造されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
- 第5面と前記第5面に対向する第6面とを有する第2バッテリーセルをさらに備えてなり、
前記第2バッテリーセルの前記第5面は前記第2熱伝導層上に配置されて、前記液体が前記内部空間にある場合、熱エネルギーが前記第2バッテリーセルから前記第2熱伝導層を通じて前記液体に伝達されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。 - 前記第2バッテリーセルの前記第6面の少なくとも一部分に接触するように構成される第2パネル部材をさらに備えてなる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
- バッテリーセルアセンブリーをアセンブリングする方法であって、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーが、第1面及び前記第1面に対向する第2面とを有する第1バッテリーセルと、第1パネル部材と、並びにプラスチックフレームと、第1熱伝導層と、及び第2熱伝導層とを有する熱交換器を備えてなるものであり、
前記プラスチックフレームが、それを通じて延長される内部空間と、第3面と、及び前記第3面に対向する第4面を有してなるものであり、
前記第1パネル部材を前記第1バッテリーセルの第1面の少なくとも一部分上に配置する段階と、
前記第1熱伝導層を前記プラスチックフレームの第3面上に配置し前記内部空間をカバーリングする段階と、
前記第2熱伝導層を前記プラスチックフレームの第4面上に配置し前記内部空間をカバーリングする段階と、及び
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーを得るために前記第1バッテリーセルを前記熱交換器の第1熱伝導層上に配置する段階とを含んでなる、アセンブリングする方法。 - 前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーが、第5面と前記第5面に対向する第6面とを有する第2バッテリーセルをさらに備えてなり、
前記熱交換器の第2熱伝導層上に前記第2バッテリーセルの第5面を配置する段階をさらに含んでなる、請求項7に記載のアセンブリングする方法。 - 前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーが、第2パネル部材をさらに備えてなり、
前記第2パネル部材上に前記第2バッテリーセルの第6面を配置する段階をさらに含んでなる、請求項8に記載のアセンブリングする方法。 - 前記第1熱伝導層が、アルミニウムから製造されてなる、請求項7に記載のアセンブリングする方法。
