Claims (10)
- 제1면과 상기 제1면에 대면하는 제2면을 가지는 파우치형 이차전지인 제1배터리 셀;상기 제1배터리 셀의 상기 제1면의 적어도 일 부분에 접촉하도록 구성되는 제1 패널 수단; 및직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임과 제1 및 제2열전도층을 가지는 열교환기를 포함하고,상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임은 그것을 통해 연장되는 내부 공간, 제3면 및 상기 제3면에 대면하는 제4면을 가지고, 상기 제1열전도층은 상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임의 제3면에 배치되고 상기 내부 공간을 커버하며, 상기 제2열전도층은 상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임의 제4면에 배치되고 상기 내부 공간을 커버하고,상기 제1열전도층은 상기 제1배터리 셀의 제2면에 인접하여 배치되어 액체가 상기 내부 공간에 있는 경우 열 에너지가 상기 제1배터리 셀로부터 상기 제1열전도층을 통하여 상기 액체로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는,상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임에 연결되는 유출구와 유입구를 더 구비하며,상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임은,상기 유입구 및 상기 내부 공간과 유동체적으로 연결되는 제1 연장 통공과 상기 유출구 및 상기 내부 공간과 유동체적으로 연결되는 제2 연장 통공을 구비하여, 상기 액체가 상기 유입구와 상기 제1 연장 통공을 통하여 상기 내부 공간으로 흐르고 상기 액체가 상기 내부 공간으로부터 상기 제2 연장통공을 거쳐 상기 유출구로 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는,상기 내부 공간을 적어도 제1 및 제2 내부 영역으로 분할하기 위하여 상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임을 가로질러 연장하는 적어도 하나의 크로스 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1열전도층은,알루미늄으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제5면과 상기 제5면에 대면하는 제6면을 가지는 제2배터리 셀을 더 포함하고,상기 제2배터리 셀의 상기 제5면은 상기 제2열전도층 위에 배치되어 상기 액체가 상기 내부 공간에 있는 경우 열 에너지가 상기 제2배터리 셀로부터 상기 제2열전도층을 통하여 상기 액체로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제2배터리 셀의 제6면의 적어도 일부분에 접촉하도록 구성되는 제2패널 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리.
- 제1면과 상기 제1면에 대면하는 제2면을 가지는 파우치형 이차전지인 제1배터리 셀, 제1패널수단 및 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임과 제1, 제2 열전도층을 가지는 열교환기를 포함하며, 상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임은 그에 의해 연장되는 내부 공간, 제3면 및 상기 제3면에 대면하는 제4면을 가지는 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 어셈블링하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제1패널 수단을 상기 제1배터리 셀의 제1면의 적어도 일부분 상에 배치하는 단계;상기 제1열전도층을 상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임의 제3면 위에 배치하고 상기 내부 공간을 커버링하는 단계;상기 제2열전도층을 상기 직사각형 링 형태의 플라스틱 프레임의 제4면 위에 배치하고 상기 내부 공간을 커버링하는 단계; 및상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 획득하기 위하여 상기 제1배터리 셀을 상기 열교환기의 제1열전도층 위에 배치하여 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 어셈블링하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리는,제5면과 상기 제5면에 대면하는 제6면을 가지는 제2배터리 셀을 더 포함하 고,상기 열교환기의 제2열전도층 상에 상기 제2배터리 셀의 제5면을 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 어셈블링하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리는,제2 패널 수단을 더 포함하고,상기 제2패널 수단 상에 상기 제2배터리 셀의 제6면을 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 어셈블링하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제1열전도층은,알루미늄으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 어셈블링하는 방법.
