Claims (6)
- 複数の電池セル(2)を有する自動車用の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(1)であって、前記電池セル(2)が、同じ方向に向けられ、それぞれ2つの平行な側面を有し、各電池セル(2)が、それぞれ1つのプラス極(4)と1つのマイナス極(5)とを有するセル端子(3)を有し、
前記電池セル(2)がポーチセルの形態であり、前記電池セル(2)同士の間に箔(6)が配置され、前記箔(6)が、黒鉛を含み、冷却を行う働きをし、
電池セル(2)の少なくとも1つのセル端子(3)の領域内に冷却管路(7)が設けられ、前記冷却管路(7)が、前記セル端子(3)および前記箔(6)に伝熱可能に接続され、
前記箔(6)が、黒鉛粒子(14)を含む熱伝導性の黒鉛充填物を用いて、電気絶縁プラスチック箔として形成されており、
更に、前記箔(6)は、隣接する前記電池セル(2)のそれぞれの側面だけでなく、それぞれのセル端子(3)も覆い、これにより冷却するように形成してあり、
前記箔(6)は、前記セル端子(3)に対応して設けた突起部(12)を有し、該突起部(12)が前記セル端子(3)を覆うように形成してある、ことを特徴とする電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(1)。 - 箔(6)によって互いに分離された前記少なくとも2つの電池セル(2)が、互いに隣接して配置され、前記電池セル(2)が合わさって、共通のセル端子(3)を有する電池モジュール(13)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(1)内に少なくとも2つの電池モジュールが設けられ、2つの電池モジュール(13)の間に、それぞれ1つのさらなる箔(6)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記冷却管路(7)が、長方形の外側断面、および/または円形の内側断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- ハイブリッド車または電気自動車でのトラクション電池の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(1)を備える、少なくともハイブリッド車または電気自動車を含む自動車。
