Claims (11)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製容器(13)の製造方法であって、金型開放位置に可動金型部(5、7、9)を移動させた金型に、押し出し成形されたプラスチックチューブ(3)を挿入し、前記容器の本体部(18)からの移行部及び前記容器の底部を成形する金型部(7)を閉じ、前記容器の前記底部を溶着し、前記チューブ(3)に作用する圧力勾配によって前記チューブ(3)を膨らませて前記金型部(5、7、9)の内壁に前記チューブを押し付けることによって容器成形品を成形し、成形した前記容器(13)を前記金型から取り出すために前記金型開放位置に前記金型部を移動させる熱可塑性樹脂製容器(13)の製造方法において、前記容器(13)の前記本体部(18)を軸方向に延長させるカップ状底部(19)の形状に前記容器の前記底部を形成すること、及び、前記容器(13)の内部に前記底部を裏返して、前記容器の前記本体部(18)内に延びる底部隆起部(31)を形成することを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂製容器の製造方法。
- 前記カップ状底部(19)は、前記容器(13)が前記金型から最終的に取り出される前に前記容器(13)の内部に裏返されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カップ状底部(19)は、前記容器の前記本体部(18)を成形する本体金型部(7)に対して相対的に移動可能な底部金型部(9)によって成形され、前記底部金型部は閉鎖位置で前記底部(19)を溶着すること、及び、前記底部金型部(9)は、前記底部(19)を裏返すために前記金型を部分的に開放する位置に移動することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記底部(19)は、前記容器の軸線に同軸に移動可能に駆動される成形用ダイ(25)を前記底部(19)に当てがうことによって機械的に裏返されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記底部(19)の裏返しに先立って、その溶着部にある屑材料(15)がトリミング要素(21)によって切り取られることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施し、ブロー成形用金型を形成する可動金型部(5、7、9)を好適に有する装置であって、前記容器の前記本体部(18)を形成する対の前記金型部(7)は、該金型部(7)に対して独立して移動可能で、軸方向に前記容器の前記本体部(18)を延長させる前記カップ状底部(19)の形成用のカップ状金型キャビティを閉鎖位置で形成する対の前記底部金型部(9)に隣接していることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記底部金型部(9)は、前記カップ状底部(19)を溶着する溶着あごを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 往復軸方向移動で駆動されることが可能で前記容器の縦軸線に整列されることが可能なプランジャを備え、前記カップ状底部(19)は、しかるべく前記底部金型部(9)が開放された際に前記プランジャによって前記容器の前記本体部(18)内に裏返されることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記カップ状底部(19)の溶着部に生じた底部屑(15)を除去するためにしかるべく前記底部金型部(9)が開放されたときに、前記容器の縦軸線に整列されることが可能な機械的に移動可能なトリミング要素(21)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置によって請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法で製造される容器(13)であって、前記容器の前記本体部(18)の内部に突き出る底部隆起部(31)を有することを特徴とする容器。
- 前記容器の少なくとも前記本体部(18)は蛇腹(37)状に形成され、前記底部隆起部(31)は、形状及び寸法に関して、前記蛇腹(37)が押し潰された際に前記容器(13)の頭部領域にある残存体積を最小化するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の容器。
