Description
I.定義

微生物株の単離及び培養
土1kgを1リットルの水に懸濁して、20分間、120度で滅菌した。室温まで冷却して、上清をガラスフィルターでろ過して透明なろ過物を得た。土壌の残りを2回、100mlと100mlの脱イオン水で洗浄し、水を足して1リットルにした。

Claims (32)

- 前記単離されたセリンプロテアーゼが前記野生型ストレプトマイセス1AG3プロテアーゼに対して少なくとも約95%同一である、請求項1の単離されたセリンプロテアーゼ。
- 前記単離されたセリンプロテアーゼが野生型ストレプトマイセス(Streptomyces)1AG3プロテアーゼの配列を含む、請求項1の単離されたセリンプロテアーゼ。
- 前記単離されたセリンプロテアーゼが前記野生型ストレプトマイセス(Streptomyces)1AG3プロテアーゼに対して少なくとも1つのアミノ酸置換を含む、請求項1の単離されたプロテアーゼ。
