Claims (13)
- 圧縮作用を行う圧縮機構部と、該圧縮機構部を駆動するための駆動手段と、該駆動手段の主要部品である電動機であって、中性点を複数有するY結線の三相巻線を施した電動機と、該電動機を駆動するインバータ制御装置と、該電動機によって回転駆動されるクランク軸と、該クランク軸を回転自在に係合するクランク軸支持部と、該クランク軸の軸支持部を係合したフレーム部と、該圧縮機構部と該駆動手段とを納めた密閉容器と、を備えた容積形圧縮機において、
該中性点を複数有するY結線の三相巻線を施した電動機の中性点同士を結線することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記電動機を、前記電動機の固定子鉄心に固定子巻線を集中巻きした固定子と、該固定子と周方向隙間を介して対向し回転子鉄心に永久磁石を軸方向に装着して磁極を形成した回転子とを備えた永久磁石式電動機として構成することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項2において、
前記永久磁石式電動機を6極9スロットとして構成することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記電動機の固定子鉄心を焼鈍することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記電動機の回転子鉄心中に複数の永久磁石を配置し、該永久磁石の磁束側をd軸、該d軸と電気角で直交する軸をq軸としたときに、該回転子鉄心の外周面のq軸側の一部をカットすることを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記クランク軸の軸支持部を絶縁することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項6において、
前記クランク軸支持部の絶縁を、前記クランク軸支持部と、前記クランク軸支持部と係合する前記フレーム部との間に絶縁部材を介在させることで実現することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項6において、
前記クランク軸支持部の絶縁を、前記クランク軸支持部と係合する前記フレーム部を樹脂成形にて実現することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項6において、
前記クランク軸支持部の絶縁を、前記クランク軸支持部と係合する前記フレーム部に焼鈍を施すことで実現することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項6において、
前記クランク軸支持部の絶縁を、前記クランク軸支持部と回転自在に係合する前記クランク軸部に絶縁部材を介在させることで実現することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記電動機を駆動する前記インバータ制御として、弱め界磁制御を用いることを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記圧縮機構部に機械的な容量制御手段を構成することを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記圧縮機構部に、吐出弁を用いることを特徴とした容積形圧縮機。
