Abstract
【解決手段】中間ガス流隙間48を伴う複数の隣り合う表面要素16を有し且つ周囲のケーシング12内に回転可能に取り付けられるロータ14を備え、汚れたガス用の入口18とクリーンガス用の出口22と分離された粒子用の出口24とを上記ケーシングが有するタイプの遠心分離機10の遠心力と静電気引力との複合作用によって大きい重い粒子及び小さい軽い粒子の両方をガスから分離することができる。帯電ユニット44はロータ14の上流側で粒子を電離する。電離された軽い粒子を静電気力によって表面要素の面へ向けて引き付けるために、ロータの隣り合う表面要素16間に電界が形成される。ロータによって形成される遠心力により、表面要素上に蓄積された粒子は、ケーシングの内面へ向けて投げ出され、出口を通じて導出される。

Claims (10)
- ガス流から粒子を分離するための装置であって、
ガス流中の粒子を電離相状態に帯電させるための帯電ユニットと、
導電性の表面要素(52a,52b;60a〜d;64a,64b;74;80;86)を有する遠心分離機のロータ(14a〜h)を備える堆積ユニットであって、ガス流中の電離した粒子が前記表面要素間のガス流隙間(78;87)を通過する間に当該粒子を前記表面要素上に堆積させることができ、前記ロータ(14a〜h)が、周囲のケーシング(12)内に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記表面要素が、前記ケーシングの第1のガス流開口に接続され且つ前記表面要素間の前記ガス流隙間(78;87)と前記ロータ(14a〜h)を取り囲む前記ケーシング(12)内の空間とに連通するガス流シャフトを前記ロータ内に画定する、堆積ユニットと、
隣り合う前記表面要素の対向面同士の間に電界を形成するための電子ユニット(38)と、
分離された粒子のための出口(24)と、
前記ケーシング内の前記空間に関連し、前記第1のガス流開口とは流れ方向が反対である前記ケーシングの第2のガス流開口と、を備え、
前記表面要素(52a,52b;60a〜d;90)が軸方向に向けられた部分を有する、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記表面要素(86)が軸方向に向けられた平坦な部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表面要素(86)が軸方向に向けられた湾曲する部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 軸方向に向けられた前記表面要素(64a,64b;74;80)が、半径に対して所定の角度を成す部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 周方向から見て1つおきの軸方向に向けられた表面要素(52a;60a,60c;64a;74;82;86)が、アースに接続されるとともに、隣り合う接地された表面要素の内側部分と共に対応するコロナワイヤ(58;70)のための空間(56;56c;68;72)を画定する径方向内側部分(54;66)を有し、所定の電位に対して接続される表面要素(52b;60b,60d;64b;74;82;86)が前記接地された部分同士の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 接地された前記表面要素(52a;60a,60c;64a;74;82;86)の前記径方向内側部分が略放射状であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 接地された前記表面要素(64a;74;80)の径方向外側部分が、所定の電位に接続される中間表面要素(60b,60d;64b)と同様、半径に対して所定の角度を成していることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 周方向から見て1つおきの軸方向に向けられた表面要素(90)が、アースに接続されるとともに、隣り合う接地された表面要素の外側部分と共に対応するコロナワイヤ(88)のための空間(92)を画定する径方向外側部分を有し、所定の電位に対して接続される表面要素が前記接地された部分同士の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記各表面要素が2つの導電性の表面層(82,84)と1つの中間絶縁層(85)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 互いに対向する隣り合う表面要素の前記表面層(82,84)が、それらの間に電界を形成するために異なる電位に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
