- 透明基板と裏面保護基板との間に光電変換薄膜素子または結晶素子が配置され、前記素子の周囲には充填材が配置され、その外周部が封止剤で封止されている太陽電池モジュールであって、透明基板がガラス基板であり、充填材がシリコーン系液状物質、フッ素オイルまたはシリコーンゲルであり、前記封止剤が、架橋反応型接着剤からなり、前記充填材の外周に接する状態で両基板を接着固定し、かつ前記素子から伸びるリード線の、前記外周部に配置された前記封止剤を貫通する部分をこの封止剤に密着させて両基板間に接着固定しており、前記充填材と前記素子が前記封止剤とともに両基板間に密封されていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。

- 透明基板と裏面保護基板との間に光電変換結晶素子が配置され、前記素子の周囲には充填材が配置され、その外周部が封止剤で封止されている太陽電池モジュールであって、透明基板がガラス基板であり、充填材がシリコーンゲルであり、前記封止剤が、イソブチレン系樹脂密着剤からなり、前記充填材の外周に接する状態で両基板を密着固定し、かつ前記素子から伸びるリード線の、前記外周部に配置された前記封止剤を貫通する部分をこの封止剤に密着させて両基板間に密着固定しており、前記充填材と前記素子が前記封止剤とともに両基板間に密封されていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
- 透明基板と裏面保護基板との間に光電変換薄膜素子が配置され、前記素子の周囲には充填材が配置され、その外周部が封止剤で封止されている太陽電池モジュールであって、透明基板がガラス基板であり、充填材がシリコーンゲルであり、前記封止剤が、イソブチレン系樹脂密着剤からなり、前記充填材の外周に接する状態で両基板を密着固定し、かつ前記素子から伸びるリード線の、前記外周部に配置された前記封止剤を貫通する部分をこの封止剤に密着させて両基板間に密着固定しており、前記充填材と前記素子が前記封止剤とともに両基板間に密封されていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
