Abstract
【解決手段】 極板から突出形成された取付部に極板耳の下部を重合し、これを回転円板電極間に挟み込んで加圧・通電して溶接する際に、該重合した極板耳の下端と、該極板耳の溶接される幅方向の両端部を溶接せずに残して未溶接部を形成した。
この様に未溶接部を形成することで、溶接ダレやバリの発生を防止することが出来た。

Description
実施例1と同様に正極板および負極板を形成し、これに極板耳の下端および幅方向に未溶接部が出ないように極板耳の下端および幅方向端部をも溶接した。

Claims (1)
- 極板に極板耳をシーム溶接してなるアルカリ蓄電池用極板において、極板耳の下端部および極板耳の極板と溶接される幅方向の両端部に未溶接部を形成することを特徴とするアルカリ蓄電池用極板。
