Abstract
【解決手段】タイヤを加硫成型するためのタイヤモールドMにおいて、タイヤ外表面に押し当たるタイヤ成型面10に、最大高さRzが4μm以上であり、最大高さRzの20%を切断レベルcとしたときの負荷長さ率Rmr(c)が3.5%以上かつ最大高さRzの30%を切断レベルcとしたときの負荷長さ率Rmr(c)が25%以下である粗面成型部1を備える。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ成型面に、最大高さRzが4μm以上であり、最大高さRzの20%を切断レベルcとしたときの負荷長さ率Rmr(c)が3.5%以上かつ最大高さRzの30%を切断レベルcとしたときの負荷長さ率Rmr(c)が25%以下である粗面成型部を備えたタイヤモールド。
- 前記タイヤ成型面のサイドウォール部を成型する領域に前記粗面成型部が形成されている請求項1に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤモールドを用いてタイヤを加硫成型する工程を備える空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 外表面に、最大高さRzが4μm以上であり、正負逆転した粗さ曲線に関して、最大高さRzの20%を切断レベルcとしたときの負荷長さ率Rmr(c)が3.5%以上かつ最大高さRzの30%を切断レベルcとしたときの負荷長さ率Rmr(c)が25%以下である粗面部を備えた空気入りタイヤ。
- サイドウォール部の外表面に前記粗面部が形成されている請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
