Abstract
【解決手段】質量%にて、C:0.010%未満、N:0.020%以下、Si:0.1%超〜2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、Cr:12.0〜25.0%、Cu:0.9超〜2%、Ti:0.05〜0.3%、Nb:0.001〜0.1%、Al:1%以下、B:0.0003〜0.003%以下を含有し、Cu/(Ti+Nb)が5以上、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする耐熱性と加工性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板である。Cu/(Ti+Nb)を5以上とする鋼成分において、600℃〜800℃で長時間時効処理を施しても、従来の高Nb含有鋼以上の高温強度を確保することができる。

Description
(1)質量%にて、C:0.010%未満、N:0.020%以下、Si:0.1%超〜2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、Cr:12.0〜25.0%、Cu:0.9%超〜2.0%、Ti:0.05〜0.3%、Nb:0.001〜0.1%、Al:1%以下、B:0.0003〜0.003%以下を含有し、Cu/(Ti+Nb)が5以上、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする耐熱性と加工性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
(2)質量%にて、Mo:0.5%以下、V:0.5%以下、Sn:0.5%以下の1種以上を含有することを特徴とする(1)記載の耐熱性と加工性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
(3)(1)または(2)記載の組成を有するステンレス熱延鋼板を700〜850℃で1〜100hrの熱処理した後、冷間圧延と焼鈍を施すことを特徴とする耐熱性と加工性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。

平均r値=(r0+2r45+r90)/4 (2)
ここで、r0は圧延方向のr値、r45は圧延方向と45°方向のr値、r90は圧延方向と直角方向のr値である。
Claims (3)
- 質量%にて、C:0.010%未満、N:0.020%以下、Si:0.1%超〜2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、Cr:12.0〜25.0%、Cu:0.9%超〜2.0%、Ti:0.05〜0.3%、Nb:0.001〜0.1%、Al:1%以下、B:0.0003〜0.003%以下を含有し、Cu/(Ti+Nb)が5以上、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする耐熱性と加工性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 質量%にて、Mo:0.5%以下、V:0.5%以下、Sn:0.5%以下の1種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐熱性と加工性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 請求項1または2記載の組成を有するステンレス熱延鋼板を700〜850℃で1〜100hrの熱処理した後、冷間圧延と焼鈍を施すことを特徴とする耐熱性と加工性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
