Abstract

Claims (42)
- 単一チャネルを使用して、ひとり以上の受信者に肯定応答(ACK)を提供する方法において、
ACK情報データパターンを有するACKメッセージを発生させる動作と、
前記ACK情報データパターンを1つ以上のメッセージを有するデータパケットに埋め込む動作と、
前記データパケットを送信する動作とを含む方法。 - 前記ACKメッセージを発生させる動作は、ACKインジケータを発生させる動作を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ACKメッセージを発生させる動作は、前記ACKメッセージが前記ACK情報データパターン中に何らかの情報を有しているか否かの表示を提供するACKインジケータを発生させる動作を含む請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ACK情報データパターンを発生させる動作は、送信されるACKの数に基づく長さを使用する動作を含む請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ACK情報データパターンを発生させる動作は、ACKを第1の端末のチャネルIDに関係付ける動作を含む請求項2記載の方法。

ACK情報データパターンを構築し、ACKメッセージの長さは送信されるACKメッセージの数に基づく動作と、
組み合わされたメッセージに対してエンコードスキームを用いることによって、ACK情報データパターンを1つ以上の通信メッセージと組み合わせる動作とを含む方法。 - 通信システムの共有チャネル上で受信されるセグメント中に埋め込まれている肯定応答(ACK)を受信する方法において、
ACK情報データパターンがセグメント中に含められているか否かを決定する動作と、
前記ACK情報データパターンがセグメント中に含められていることが決定された場合、前記ACKメッセージをセグメントから抽出する動作とを含む方法。 - スキームを発生させるACK情報データパターンを使用して、前記ACKメッセージを評価する動作をさらに含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 通信システムの共有チャネル上で受信されるセグメント中に埋め込まれている肯定応答(ACK)メッセージを取り扱う方法において、
ACKメッセージの第1の部分を評価して、ACKメッセージの第2の部分を処理すべきか否かを決定する動作と、
前記ACKメッセージの第2の部分を処理することが決定された場合、前記ACKメッセージの第2の部分を処理して、ACK情報データパターンを評価する動作と、
予期されたACKが前記ACK情報データパターン中に示されるか否かを決定する動作とを含む方法。 - 第1のスキームを使用して、前記ACKメッセージを評価する動作をさらに含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 単一チャネルを使用して、ひとり以上の受信者に肯定応答(ACK)を提供する装置において、

- 単一チャネルを使用して送信されるデータパケットの1つ以上の通信メッセージと組み合わされる肯定応答(ACK)メッセージを提供する装置において、
ACKを受信者のチャネルIDに関係付ける手段と、
ACK情報データパターンを構築し、ACKメッセージの長さは送信されるACKメッセージの数に基づく手段と、
組み合わされたメッセージに対してエンコードスキームを用いることによって、ACK情報データパターンを1つ以上の通信メッセージと組み合わせる手段とを具備する装置。 - 通信システムの共有チャネル上で受信されるセグメント中に埋め込まれている肯定応答(ACK)を受信する装置において、
ACK情報データパターンがセグメント中に含められているか否かを決定する手段と、
前記ACK情報データパターンがセグメント中に含められていることが決定された場合、前記ACKメッセージをセグメントから抽出する手段とを具備する装置。 - スキームを発生させるACK情報データパターンを使用して、前記ACKメッセージを評価する手段をさらに備える請求項19記載の装置。
- 通信システムの共有チャネル上で受信されるセグメント中に埋め込まれている肯定応答(ACK)メッセージを取り扱う装置において、
ACKメッセージの第1の部分を評価して、ACKメッセージの第2の部分を処理すべきか否かを決定する手段と、
前記ACKメッセージの第2の部分を処理することが決定された場合、前記ACKメッセージの第2の部分を処理して、ACK情報データパターンを評価する手段と、
予期されたACKが前記ACK情報データパターン中に示されるか否かを決定する手段とを具備する装置。 - 第1のスキームを使用して、前記ACKメッセージを評価する手段をさらに備える請求項19記載の装置。
- 機械によって実行されるとき、機械に動作を実行させる命令を含んでいる機械読み取り可能な媒体において、

ACKメッセージの長さは、送信されるACKメッセージの数に基づいている装置。 - ワイヤレス通信システム中の装置において、
電子デバイスを具備し、
前記電子デバイスは、
通信システムの共有チャネル上で受信されるセグメント中に埋め込まれている肯定応答(ACK)を受信し、
ACK情報データパターンがセグメント中に含められているか否かを決定し、
前記ACK情報データパターンがセグメント中に含められていることが決定された場合、前記ACKメッセージをセグメントから抽出するように構成されている装置。 - スキームを発生させるACK情報データパターンを使用して、前記ACKメッセージを評価するようにさらに構成されている請求項37記載の装置。

前記電子デバイスは、

予期されたACKが前記ACK情報データパターン中に示されるか否かを決定するように構成されている装置。 - 第1のスキームを使用して、前記ACKメッセージを評価するようにさらに構成されている請求項39記載の装置。
- 通信システムにおいて、
ACK情報データパターンを備えている肯定応答(ACK)メッセージを発生させ、
前記ACK情報データパターンを1つ以上のメッセージを有するデータパケットに埋め込み、
単一チャネルを使用して前記データパケットを送信する第1の電子デバイスを使用することを含むシステム。 - 前記データパケット中に埋め込まれている前記ACK情報データパターンを受信するように構成されている第2の電子デバイスを使用することをさらに含む請求項41記載の通信システム。
