Abstract
【解決手段】電動機の回転数検出手段や外部ブレーキを必要とせず、高速回転時においても安定した制動力を得られ、低速回転時においても大きい制動力を得ることのできる停止方法で、電流が直流制動時、最大電流設定値を超えた場合にはPWM全相遮断及びゼロベクトル出力を繰り返し行い、電流が直流制動復帰電流設定値以下になった場合には再度直流制動を行う。

Claims (2)
- 直流を交流に変換するスイッチング回路と、
前記スイッチング回路のオン、オフを制御するPWM制御手段と、
永久磁石同期電動機に流れる電流を検出または推定する手段と、
永久磁石同期電動機の直流制動を行う手段と、を備える電力変換装置において、
外部により設定もしくは内部に予め設定されている直流制動時最大電流設定値と、
前記PWM制御手段にPWM全相遮断機能及びゼロベクトル出力機能を設け、
永久磁石同期電動機に直流電流を流し、制動力を得る直流制動を行なった際に、前記電流を検出または推定する手段より得られる電流値が、前記直流制動時最大電流設定値を超えると、前記PWM制御手段にてPWM全相遮断及びゼロベクトル出力を繰り返し行うことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1において、外部により設定もしくは内部に予め設定されている直流制動復帰電流設定値を設け、前記電流を検出または推定する手段より得られる電流値が、直流制動復帰電流設定値以下であれば、通常の直流制動に従った直流電流を流すよう制御することを特徴とする電力変換装置。
