Claims (7)
- 전압/주파수 제어방식을 위해 전압형 PWM 인버터를 채용한 3상 유도전동기의 제동회로에 있어서, 상기 유도전동기에 인가되는 각 상전류를 검출하고, 이 상전류의 합의 크기를 소정의 기준직류전류의 크기와 비교하는 제1수단과, 상기 상전류의 합의 크기가 상기 기준직류전류의 크기보다 크면, 상기 인버터에서 출력되는 상기 각 상전류의 크기를 감소시키고, 상기 상전류의 합의 크기가 상기 기준직류전류의 크기보다 작으면, 상기 인버터에서 출력되는 상기 각 상전류의 크기를 증가시키는 제2수단을 포함하며, 상기 제2수단은 상기 각 상전류가 소정의 직류전류값을 갖도록 반복동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 제동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2수단에서 상기 상전류의 합의 크기가 상기 기준직류전류의 크기보다 크면, 상기 인버터의 출력을 소정시간동안 중단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 제동회로.
- 전압/주파수 제어방식을 위해 전압형 PWM 인버터를 채용한 3상 유도전동기의 제동회로에 있어서, 상기 유도전동기에 인가되는 각 상전류를 검출하고, 이 상전류의 합의 크기를 소정의 기준직류전류의 크기와 비교하는 전류비교부와, 상기 전류비교부와 접속되어 상기 상전류의 합의 크기가 상기 기준직류전류의 크기보다 크면, 상기 인버터에서 출력되는 상기 각 상전류의 출력이 소정 시간동안 차단되도록 지연시간을 제공하는 시간지연부, 및 상기 시간지연부와 접속되어 상기 시간지연부에서 제공되는 지연시간동안 상기 각 상전류의 출력을 차단하는 출력차단부를 구비하여, 상기 유도전동기의 제동을 위한 직류전압의 입력시에 상기 기준직류전류에 따라 소정의 제동토크가 발생되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 제동회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전류비교부는 비교기를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 제동회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시간지연부는 콘덴서를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 제동회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 출력차단부는 복수의 AND 게이트를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 제동회로.
- 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 지연시간은 상기 콘덴서의 충방전에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 제공회로.
