Abstract
【解決手段】帯状のテープ基材T上に粘着層の形成された粘着テープを製造すべく、テープ基材Tの少なくとも一方の面に塗布された塗布剤Sを乾燥させるための粘着テープ製造用乾燥装置であって、長手方向に送られてくる長尺なテープ基材Tがスライド可能な状態で一端側から他端側に向けて螺旋状に周回される筒状体310a、310bを備え、筒状体310a、310bは、テープ基材Tの周回される周壁全周に内側から外側に向けて温風又は熱風を通気させる多数の通気穴311a、311bが形成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 帯状のテープ基材上に粘着層の形成された粘着テープを製造すべく、テープ基材の少なくとも一方の面に塗布された塗布剤を乾燥させるための粘着テープ製造用乾燥装置であって、長手方向に送られてくる長尺なテープ基材がスライド可能な状態で一端側から他端側に向けて螺旋状に周回される筒状体を備え、筒状体は、テープ基材の周回される周壁全周に内側から外側に向けて温風又は熱風を通気させる多数の通気穴が形成されていることを特徴とする粘着テープ製造用乾燥装置。
- 前記筒状体は、該筒状体の周壁上へのテープ基材の進入角度が可変となるように姿勢変更可能に設けられている請求項1に記載の粘着テープ製造用乾燥装置。
- 前記筒状体を少なくとも二本備え、各筒状体は、隣り合う一方の筒状体の他端側と他方の筒状体の一端側とが対向するとともに前記一方の筒状体の一端側と前記他方の筒状体の他端側とが対向するように横並びに配置され、テープ基材が隣り合う一方の筒状体の他端側から他方の筒状体の一端側に掛け渡されて各筒状体に対して一端側から他端側に向けて螺旋状に周回されるように構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の粘着テープ製造用乾燥装置。
- 各筒状体は、隣り合う一方の筒状体の他端側と他方の筒状体の一端側との間隔よりも、隣り合う一方の筒状体の一端側と他方の筒状体の他端側との間隔が広くなるように対称的に配置されている請求項3に記載の粘着テープ製造用乾燥装置。
- 前記筒状体を偶数本備えている請求項3又は4に記載の粘着テープ製造用乾燥装置。
