Description
3層体を、0.6mmの厚さのEVAを備えた2つの外側層を用いて作ったが、このEVAは接着促進剤として作用するシランの族に属する添加剤を含んでいた。1.4mmの厚さを備えた内側層は、酸化カルシウム粉末を40質量%充填されたEVAで構成した。上記の3層体を、光起電性パネルの構造を擬した2つのガラス支持体の間に境界部材として用いた。このようにした得た試料を、次いで、光起電性パネルにおける熱封止の熱処理と同様の、軽い圧縮および150℃で30分間の熱処理に付した。この試料の、上記のように行なった熱封止後のせん断抵抗力は、5200kPaであった。
実施例1で記載したのと同様の方法で調製した試料を、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEMライカステレオスキャン(Leica Stereoscan)420)を繋いだエネルギー分散型X線マイクロアナライザー(オックスフォードエネルギー分散X線分光器)によって、分析に掛けた試料の化学組成の定性的および定量的評価を得るために、分析した。中央部、上方支持体および下方支持体に対応して得られたスペクトルを、それぞれ図3A、3B、3Cに示した。
中央層として、酸化カルシウム粉末を35質量%充填したMDPEを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で3層体を作った。中央層の厚さは0.75mmであった。また、この3層体を、光起電性パネルの構造を擬して2つのガラス支持体の間に境界部材として用いた。この方法で得た試料を、光起電性パネルにおける熱封止の熱処理と同様の、軽い圧縮および150℃で30分間の熱処理に付した。
実施例3の中央層と同様の方法で2mmの単層体を作った。この試料は厚さが厚いので、試料3の3層体と直接に比較をすることが可能である。この単層体を、光起電性パネルの構造を擬した2つのガラス支持体の間の境界部材として用いた。この方法で得た試料を、光起電性パネルにおける熱封止の熱処理と同様の、軽い圧縮および150℃で30分間の熱処理に付した。
Claims (17)
- 光起電性パネル(10)の製造方法であって、2つの支持体(12、13)によって範囲を限定された1つまたはそれ以上の光起電性要素(11)を含み、該支持体が、熱封止過程に付される前に、3つの重ねられたポリマー層によって周縁の近傍で互いに結合され、その内の2つの最外層(16、16’)はゲッター材料を本質的に含まないポリマー材料で構成されており、一方で中心層(15)はH2O収着のための複合材ゲッター系で構成されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記の2つの最外層中に存在するゲッター材料の量が1質量%未満である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の熱封止の処理が100℃〜170℃の範囲の温度で行なわれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の熱封止がオートクレーブ中で行われる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記の熱封止が真空ラミネータ中で行われる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記のポリマー層が、25℃および60%RHで10gm−2d−1mm未満のH2O透過率を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記のポリマー層が170℃未満の軟化もしくは溶融温度を有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の外側のポリマー層の材料が100kPa以上のせん断抵抗力を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記のポリマー材料が、エチルビニルアセテート(EVA)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、中密度ポリエチレン(MDPE)および高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、ポリエーテルブロックアミド(PEBA)、アイオノマー樹脂、エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)およびポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、エチレン−プロピレンゴム(EPR)、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマーゴム(EPDM)ならびにブチルゴムの中から選ばれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の3層体が同一のポリマー材料から作られる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記のポリマー材料がエチルビニルアセテートである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記の複合材ゲッター系がゼオライト、シリカゲル、アルミナおよびアルカリ土類金属酸化物を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の複合材ゲッター系中のH2O吸収剤の質量%が10〜60質量%の範囲である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の質量%が30〜45質量%の範囲である、請求項13記載の方法。
- 光起電性パネルの製造のためのポリマー3層体であって、2つの最外層が本質的にゲッター材料を含まないポリマー材料で構成されており、一方で中心層がH2O収着のための複合材ゲッター系で構成されていることを特徴とするポリマー3層体。
- 前記の外側のポリマー層が100kPa以上のせん断抵抗力を有する、請求項15記載のポリマー3層体。
- 前記の外側のポリマー層がブチルゴムで作られており、また前記の中心層がエチレンプロピレンゴムで作られている、請求項15記載のポリマー3層体。
