Claims (20)
- パネルの形態にある発光および/受光装置において、電界発光導電ポリマーの格子と、透明導体の層と、他の層の上に位置するクリア基板と、前記格子層内に位置する一体化反射パネルとを備えていることを特徴とする、発光および/または受光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置において、前記部品は、前記電界発光導電ポリマーの格子が、電流を受けたときに光を伝達するように構成され、前記透明導体が、前記放出された光を伝達することを可能とするように構成され、前記クリア基板が、前記放出された光のうちのある割合の光を前記反射パネルに戻るように反射し、これによって、前記一体化反射パネルが前記光の一部を前記クリア基板内に戻して伝達させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、発光装置。
- 太陽光パネルの形態にある請求項1に記載の受光装置において、前記反射パネルの下方の多数の薄膜バッテリと、受光し、該光を電気エネルギーに変換するように構成された前記電界発光ポリマーの格子と、前記電気エネルギーを前記バッテリセルに伝達する手段と、を備えており、光が前記クリア基板を通過し、該光が前記反射パネルから前記電界発光ポリマーに反射するようになっていることを特徴とする、受光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光および受光装置において、上層から順に、
クリア基板と、
第1の透明導体と、
エミッタとして作用する電界発光導電ポリマーの第1のクリア格子と、
第2の導体層と、
光起電性を有する電界発光導電ポリマーの第2のクリア格子と、
前記第2の格子内に位置する一体化反射パネルと、
前記一体化反射パネルの下方の薄膜バッテリと、
バッキング材と、
前記装置が同じ側から集光し、かつ発光することを可能とするために、前記層を互いに電気的に接続する手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、発光および受光装置。 - 請求項1に記載の発光および受光装置において、片側から受光し、他の側から発光するために、請求項3に記載の受光パネルに背中合わせに配置され、かつ電気的に接続された請求項2に記載の発光パネルを備えていることを特徴とする、発光および受光装置。
- 前記パネルを集光から発光に切り換える手段を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4あるいは5に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記装置は、エミッタ陰極、光起電性陰極、および共用陽極を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4,5あるいは6に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の電界発光ポリマーの格子は、楕円、三角形、矩形、または多角形に形成された多数の開口を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記形成された開口は、六角形であることを特徴とする、請求項7あるいは8に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記反射パネルは、前記電界発光ポリマーの格子の前記開口内に配置されている多数の個別の部分によって、構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8あるいは9に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記種々の部品は、バッキング材上に支持されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記バッキング材は、実質的に剛性であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記バッキング材は、柔軟なアルミニウム箔から作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 前記バッキング材は、柔軟な保護基板を有していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 平坦な三角パネルの形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の発光および受光装置。
- 図1〜図4、図5〜図8、図9、図10、および図11〜図13を参照して実質的に明細書に記載されている発光および/または受光装置、および図1〜図4、図5〜図8、図9、図10、および図11〜図13に示されている発光および/または受光装置。
