Abstract

一种发光二极管照明装置,其包括一灯杆和安装在灯杆末端两侧的二灯具,所述灯具包括一灯框和安装于灯框内的发光二极管模组,所述灯具还包括覆盖于灯框顶部并具有光电转换功能的太阳能板,所述灯具相互错开地由灯杆一侧绕过灯杆向另一侧延伸。上述发光二管照明装置在白天时可以将照射在灯具太阳能板上的阳光转变成电能并储存在蓄电池内;在周围环境暗下来需要照明时,再由蓄电池为发光二极管模组提供电能而产生照明光,由此可见,该发光二极管照明装置不需要外接电源,可以由自身的太阳能光电转换组件提供能源,从而用效地节省能源的消耗。

Description

发光二极管照明装置技术领域[0001] 本发明涉及一种发光二极管照明装置,特别涉及一种使用太阳能的发光二极管照明装置。背景技术[0002] 发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场所看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,完全可以取代现有白炽灯实现室内外照明,也将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。[0003] 然而,一些发光二极管路灯通常是直接暴露在阳光下,此类一般使用普通交流电的路灯不仅无法利用周围环境中充足的太阳能,而且还需要加强自身的散热结构,以防止在阳光曝晒下产生的高温会使路灯内的发光二极管灯具产生光衰现象而损坏或缩短寿命。发明内容[0004] 有鉴于此,有必要提供一种利用太阳能作为能源的发光二极管照明装置。[0005] 一种发光二极管照明装置,其包括一灯杆和安装在灯杆末端两侧的二灯具,所述灯具包括一灯框和安装于灯框内的发光二极管模组,所述灯具还包括覆盖于灯框顶部并具有光电转换功能的太阳能板,所述灯具相互错开地由灯杆一侧绕过灯杆向另一侧延伸。[0006] 上述发光二管照明装置在白天时可以将照射在灯具太阳能板上的阳光转变成电能并储存在蓄电池内;在周围环境暗下来需要照明时,再由蓄电池为发光二极管模组提供电能而产生照明光,由此可见,该发光二极管照明装置不需要外接电源,可以由自身的太阳能光电转换组件提供能源,从而用效地节省能源的消耗。[0007] 下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。附图说明[0008] 图1是本发明发光二极管照明装置的一优选实施例的立体组合图。[0009] 图2是图1中发光二极管照明装置的立体分解图。[0010] 图3是图2中灯具的局部放大图。[0011] 图4是图2中灯具的倒置分解图。具体实施方式[0012] 如图1和2所示,本发明发光二极管照明装置主要用于为室外环境如道路及公园等场所提供照明需要,其包括一灯杆10和安装在末端并错开向两侧延伸的二灯具20。[0013] 上述灯杆10用于在使用中将发光二极管照明装置安装固定,其包括一杆件11和连接与杆件11末端的一安装筒13。该杆件11远离灯具20的另一端可以连接到外界的固定物上。该安装筒13内可以安装有蓄电池和其他电子元件,其外周缘开设有若干固定孔 130。[0014] 请一并参阅图3和4,每一上述灯具20包括一灯框22、安装于灯框22内的二发光二极管模组M和覆盖灯框22顶部的一太阳能板26。该灯框22包括一矩形基板222、由基板222周缘垂直向上延伸的侧板2¾和由基板222及侧板2¾ —端延伸而出的一安装部 226。该安装部226由灯杆10安装筒13的一侧绕过安装筒13的中部与其另一侧周缘接合。 该基板222靠近其远离安装部226的一端开设有二矩形的通口 2220,该二通口 2220相互平行间隔,用于供安装在通口 2220上方的发光二极管模组M产生的灯光通过。该基板22 在紧靠该通口 2220周缘处均勻地开设有若干穿孔2222,以供螺钉100穿过。该安装部2¾ 由灯框22远离通口 2220的一端向下呈圆弧形弯曲,且该安装部2¾上对应开设有若干通孔2260。所述通孔2260用于供固定件穿过与灯杆11安装筒13上的固定孔130配合而将灯具20固定到灯杆10上。[0015] 上述发光二极管模组M包括一安装盒M2、安装于安装盒M2内的若干发光二极管元件对4、覆盖在安装盒242底端开口的一透镜246和贴设在安装盒M顶面上的一散热器M8。该安装盒242包括一安装板2422、由安装板M22周缘向下向外倾斜延伸的导光壁 2424和由导光壁MM底端缘水平向外延伸有一环形安装缘对沈。该安装缘对沈上均勻开设有若干配合孔2428,以与自下向上穿过灯框22基板222上穿孔2222的螺钉100配合而将安装盒242固定到灯框22基板222上,且安装盒M2的开口与灯框22基板222通口 2220的大小形状对应相同。所述发光二极管元件244成一直线地间隔排列在安装合242 安装板M22底面上且面向安装盒M2的底端开口。该透镜246为透明或半透明材料制成的一矩形薄板体,其尺寸略小于灯框22基板222上的通口 2220的尺寸,以使透镜246周缘正好与安装盒242底端开口的内缘接合并位于基板222通口 2220内。该散热器248包括贴设在安装盒242安装板M22顶面的一底板M80和形成与底板M80上的若干散热鳍片 M82。该底板M80可以是一矩形板体,也可以是由若干份间隔的矩形板组成,底板M80可通过粘贴或焊接等方式与安装盒242顶面接合。所述散热鳍片M84相互等距间隔且均与底板M80的相对两长侧边平行,所述散热器片M84的二角落均形成有斜切面,以避免造成划伤。[0016] 上述太阳能板沈为由多晶硅制成、具有光电转换功能的矩形板体,该太阳能板沈可以将照射在其上的太阳光转换成电能,且其产生的电能可以用与其导电连接的蓄电池储存起来,然后再由蓄电池为发光二极管模组M供应电能。该太阳能板26与灯框22基板 222平形且其大小形状与基板222的大致对应相同,该太阳能板沈正好与灯框22侧板2M 的顶端缘接合,从而将发光二极管模组M封装在灯具20内。[0017] 上述发光二极管灯具处于组合状态时,所述二灯具20通过其一端的安装部2¾与灯杆10的安装筒13周缘接合而固定到灯杆10上,且所述二灯具20安装部2¾分别错开贴设在安装筒13周缘的相对两侧面及分别靠近其两端处,所述二灯具20由安装部226向外且稍微倾斜向上延伸。[0018] 上述发光二管照明装置在白天时可以将照射在灯具太阳能板沈上的阳光转变成电能并储存在蓄电池内;在周围环境暗下来需要照明时,再由蓄电池为发光二极管模组M 提供电能而产生照明光,由此可见,该发光二极管照明装置不需要外接电源,可以由自身的太阳能光电转换组件提供能源,从而用效地节省能源的消耗。此外,发光二极管照明装置顶面上的太阳能板沈可以吸收部分照射其上的阳光而不产生热量,且太阳能板沈的外露面一般是光滑面,而具有很强的太阳光反射能力,因此,所述太阳能板沈还能有效避免发光二管照明装置在阳光曝晒下产生高温而损害发光二极管元件对4。

Claims (9)

1. 一种发光二极管照明装置,其包括一灯杆和安装在灯杆末端两侧的二灯具,所述灯具包括一灯框和安装于灯框内的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述灯具还包括覆盖于灯框顶部并具有光电转换功能的太阳能板,所述灯具相互错开地由灯杆一侧绕过灯杆向另一侧延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯具位于灯杆一侧,其一端具有一安装部围裹在灯杆的另一侧面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯杆包括一杆件和位于杆件末端的一安装筒,所述安装部贴设在安装筒周缘,且灯具由安装部一侧向另一侧略微倾斜向上地延伸。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯框包括一基板,其靠近远离灯框的安装部的一端开设有与发光二极管模组对应的通口。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组包括与基板通口边缘接合且面向通口开口的一安装盒、安装在安装盒底部并面向通口的若干发光二极管元件、封盖安装盒下端开口并位于通口内的一透镜和贴设在安装盒顶部的一散热ο
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述安装盒包括安装发光二极管元件的一安装板、由安装板周缘向下向外倾斜延伸的导光壁和由导光壁底端缘水平向外延伸并与通口边缘接合的一环形安装缘。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热器包括贴设在安装板顶面上的一底板和垂直排列于底板上并与底板相对两长边平行的若干散热鳍片。
8.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯框还包括由基板周缘向上延伸的侧板,所述安装部与基板及侧板的一端连接。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述太阳能板周缘与侧板的顶端接合固定,发光二极管模组包括一安装盒,所述安装盒内安装有与太阳能板导电连接的蓄电池。
