为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种照明装置,包括:底盘1、至少一个照明模组2、驱动电源3和至少一个第一安装部4;照明模组2和驱动电源3设置于底盘1上;第一安装部4用于将照明模组2与驱动电源3罩设于底盘1上,第一安装部4包括主体单元41、至少一个第一收容部42和第二收容部43,第一收容部42、第二收容部43均设置于主体单元41上;照明模组2一端电连接于第一收容部42内,驱动电源3一端连接于第二收容部43内,驱动电源3为照明模组2供电。
本申请通过将照明模组2和驱动电源3连接于第一安装部4上,第一安装 部实现了驱动电源3向照明模组2供电,无需在照明模组上另外联线,连接更加简洁,安全可靠。
本申请的一个实施例中,照明模组2为条形模组,且照明模组2至少为2个,照明模组2和驱动电源3平行设置于底盘1上。平行设置提高了照明光线分散的均匀性。优选地,驱动电源3设置于照明模组2之间;例如:(1)如图2所示,照明模组2为2个,则以驱动电源3为对称轴,在所述驱动电源3两侧各设置2个照明模组;(2)如图1所示,照明模组2为4个,则以驱动电源3为对称轴,在所述驱动电源3两侧各设置2个照明模组2;如此设置驱动电源3为照明模组2提供电源更加方便,在驱动电源3两侧的照明模组2启动时间相同,照明光线均匀。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图3所示,第一安装部4包括主体单元41、第一收容部42、第二收容部43和转接电路模块44;第一收容部42、第二收容部43设置于主体单元41上;转接电路模块44数量与照明模组2数量相同;转接电路模块44设置于第一收容单元42内,照明模组2一端设置导电端子21,转接电路模块44与导电端子21电连接;驱动电源3一端电连接于第二收容部42内。如此设置,进一步地减少了电线连接,避免了电线外漏,且提高了外观美感度。优选地,导电端子21为贴片端子,贴片端子与转接电路模块44上的金属导电触点接触电连接。通过贴片端子与触电连接,而不采用固定连接或者电线插头连接,安装更加简单,设计更加美观。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图4所示,照明模组2至少为2个,每个照明模组2包括:光源板22、透镜232和面板231;沿着底盘1至光源板22方向,光源板22上电连接至少一个光源;沿着底盘1至光源板22方向,透镜232罩设于光源上;面板231上设置通光孔233,透镜232设置于通光孔233内,面板231用于将透镜232固定于光源板22上;导电端子21设置于光源板22一端;面板231上设置导电孔237,导电端子21穿过导电孔237电连接于转接电路模块44上。
本申请的一个实施例中,导电端子21为铜弹片,转接电路模块44上设置金属触点,铜弹片与金属触点电连接。如此设置与插头式电连接方式相比,安装更加简单,便于拆卸。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图4所示,透镜232包括1个第一透镜元件2321和3个第二透镜元件2322,且以第一透镜元件2321为圆心,其它3个第二透镜元件2322围绕第一透镜元件2321成圆形阵列设置。在第一透镜元件2321和第二透镜元件2322下方均设置光源。本申请的一个实施例中光源采用LED灯,优选地,设置于第二透镜元件2322下方的3个LED灯采用黄光灯,设置于第一透镜元件2321下方的LED灯采用白光灯;由于黄光灯比白光灯节能,且经济性更好,因此上述设置的LED灯既满足节能要求,又能满足光照强度要求,且更加经济。优选地,如图4所示,透镜232为2个或2个以上,沿照明模组2的延伸方向,即A方向,相邻两个透镜232成180°对称设置。如此设置保证了光源的均匀性,避免了某一部分光照过强或者过弱的问题。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图4所示,照明模组2还包括:散热件25,光源板22设置于散热件25上,散热件25设置于底盘1上。优选地,散热件25采用铝型板材,具有散热性好,经济性好的特点。
面板231与散热件25形成第一空腔24,光源模组2设置于第一空腔24内。优选地,如果照明模组2为2个或2个以上,则面板231可以为一个整体,在整体上设置有多个第一空腔24,每个第一空腔24用于安装1个照明模组2,面板231采用整体设计,具有工艺简单的特点;或者面板231的数量与照明模组2数量相同,每个面板231上设置1个第一空腔24,每个第一空腔24内设置1个照明模组2,面板231采用采用多个单独设计,具有安装简单的特点。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图3所示,还包括:与面板231连接的至少一个第二安装部5,第二安装部5用于固定照明模组2的另一端。
第二安装部5可以为一体式结构,即第二安装部5为1个,照明模组2连接于第二安装部5上。
第二安装部5可以为分体式结构,即第二安装部5数量小于等于照明模组2数量相等,每个第二安装部5用于连接一个或者一个以上的照明模组2。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图4所示,第二安装部5内部设置弹性部51,面板231另一端通过弹性部51将照明模组2压置于底盘1上。优选地,弹性部51数量与照明模组2数量相同。弹性部51具有安装方便、连接紧密的特点。
本申请的一个实施例中,第二安装部5采用如下两种方式。
第一种方式为:如图6所示,弹性部51包括滑块511和弹簧512,弹簧512一端设置于第二安装部5上,弹簧512另一端设置于滑块511上;背离弹簧512方向,滑块511一侧设置至少一个第一凸起513,面板231一端设置至少一个第一凹槽234,第一凸起513插接于第一凹槽234内。优选地,第一凸起513数量为2个。弹簧512沿着第二安装部5向第一安装部4拉伸时,在弹簧512压力作用下,第一凸起213插入第一凹槽234内,进而第二安装部5将照明模组2压在底盘1上,限制了照明模组2沿着底盘1至第二安装部5方向的运动;弹簧512沿着第一安装部4向第二安装部5压缩时,第一凸起213从第一凹槽234内脱离,照明模组2能够从弹性部51上拆卸下来。如此设置,具有安装简单、灵活便利的特点,能够满足多种照明模组尺寸的要求。
第二种方式为:如图7所示,弹性部51包括压合部514和弹簧512,弹簧512一端设置于第二安装部5上,弹簧512另一端设置于压合部514上;背离弹簧512方向,压合部514一侧设置下压板515,面板231一端设置第二凸起235,下压板515压制于第二凸起235上。弹簧512沿着第二安装部5向第一安装部4拉伸时,在弹簧512压力作用下,第二凸起235顶接于下压板515内,限制了照明模组2沿着底盘1至第二安装部5方向的运动;弹簧512沿着第一安装部4向第二安装部5压缩时,第二凸起235从下压板515内脱离,照明模组2能够从弹性部51上拆卸下来。如此设置,具有连接紧密的特点。
上述两种方式只是作为举例,其他可以实现的方式均在本申请的保护范围内。
本申请提供了一种吸顶灯,如图5所示,包括上述任一项的照明装置以及将照明装置安装于屋顶的安装元件6。
沿着背离照明模组2方向,安装元件6设置于底盘1上。
安装元件可以为挂板组件或者吸附元件。优选地,吸附单元为磁铁。本申请通过吸附单元将照明装置吸附于屋顶上,或者/和通过挂板组件将照明装置固定于屋顶上,安装更加简单,适用性更强。
进一步地,如图5所示,吸顶灯还包括:壳体7,壳体7罩设于底盘1上,且壳体7与底盘1之间形成空腔,照明模组2、驱动电源3设置于空腔内。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种照明装置,其中,包括:底盘、至少一个照明模组、驱动电源和第一安装部;
    所述照明模组和所述驱动电源设置于所述底盘上;
    所述第一安装部用于将所述照明模组与所述驱动电源罩设于所述底盘上,所述第一安装部包括主体单元、至少一个第一收容部和第二收容部,所述第一收容部、所述第二收容部均设置于所述主体单元上;所述照明模组一端电连接于所述第一收容部内,所述驱动电源一端连接于所述第二收容部内,所述驱动电源为所述照明模组供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,所述照明模组为条形模组,且所述照明模组至少为2个,所述照明模组和所述驱动电源平行设置于所述底盘上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的照明装置,其中,每个所述第一收容部内均设置一个转接电路模块;
    每个所述转接电路模块均与所述驱动电源连接,所述照明模组一端设置导电端子,所述转接电路模块与所述导电端子电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的照明装置,其中,每个所述照明模组包括:光源板、透镜和面板;
    沿着底盘至所述光源板方向,所述光源板上电连接至少一个光源;
    沿着所述底盘至所述光源板方向,所述透镜罩设于所述光源上;
    所述面板上设置通光孔,所述透镜设置于通光孔内,所述面板用于将所述透镜固定于所述光源板上;所述导电端子设置于所述光源板一端;所述面板上设置导电孔,所述导电端子穿过所述导电孔电连接于所述转接电路模块上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的照明装置,其中,所述透镜包括1个第一透镜元 件和3个第二透镜元件,且以所述第一透镜元件为圆心,其它3个所述第二透镜元件围绕所述第一透镜元件成圆形阵列设置,在所述第一透镜元件和3个所述第二透镜元件下方的光源板上均设置光源;或/和
    所述透镜为2个或2个以上,沿所述照明模组的延伸方向,相邻两个所述透镜成180°对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的照明装置,其中,所述导电端子为铜弹片,所述转接电路模块上设置金属触点,所述铜弹片与所述金属触点电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4~6任一项所述的照明装置,其中,所述照明模组还包括:散热件,所述光源板设置于所述散热件上,所述散热件设置于所述底盘上。
  8. 根据权利要求4~6任一项所述的照明装置,其中,还包括:与所述面板连接的至少一个第二安装部,所述第二安装部用于固定所述照明模组的另一端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的照明装置,其中,所述第二安装部内部设置弹性部,所述面板另一端通过所述弹性部将所述照明模组压置于所述底盘上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的照明装置,其中,所述弹性部包括滑块和弹簧,所述弹簧一端设置于第二安装部上,所述弹簧另一端设置于所述滑块上;背离所述弹簧方向,所述滑块一侧设置至少一个第一凸起,所述面板一端设置至少一个第一凹槽,所述第一凸起插接于所述第一凹槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的照明装置,其中,所述弹性部包括压合部和弹簧,所述弹簧一端设置于第二安装部上,所述弹簧另一端设置于所述压合部上;背离所述弹簧方向,所述压合部一侧设置下压板,所述面板一端设置第二凸起,所述下压板压制于所述第二凸起上。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的照明装置,其中,所述第二安装部上设置第二 凹槽和旋转压制部,所述照明模组另一端设置第三凸起,所述第三凸起通过过盈配合的方式插接于所述第二凹槽内,所述旋转压制部压置于所述第三凸起上。
  13. 一种吸顶灯,其中,包括权利要求1~12任一项所述的照明装置以及将所述照明装置安装于屋顶的安装元件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吸顶灯,其中,还包括:壳体,所述壳体罩设于所述底盘上,且所述壳体与所述底盘之间形成空腔,所述照明模组、驱动电源设置于所述空腔内。
