Abstract

Description
前記下部金型内に樹脂組成物を注入した後に実施されてクッション部を成形するスラッシュ成形工程と、
前記スラッシュ成形工程後に下部金型の気嚢成形溝の入口を覆うように下板を下部金型に結合して、下板上に覆いを安着させる下板及び覆い結合段階と、
下板及び覆いが結合された下部金型を、ローテーション成形機を通じて回転させることによって下部金型のクッション部と下板を一体で接合させるローテーション成形工程とを含むことを特徴とする。
第一に、スラッシュ成形後にローテーション成形を実施することによってスラッシュ成形過程で生成されるクッション部及び連通路表面のスクラップを除去すると共にスクラップを通じてクッション部と下板を一体で接合することができて、クッション部と下板間の接合力をより高めることができる長所がある。
前記準備した金型にスラッシュ成形を通じてクッション部を成形するスラッシュ成形工程S200と、
前記スラッシュ成形工程を通じてクッション部が成形された金型上に下板と覆いを設置する下板及び覆い設置工程S300と、
設置された下板とクッション部を、ローテーション成形を通じて接合するローテーション成形工程S400でなされる。

Claims (4)
- 内部に空気が収容される気嚢形態でなされたクッション部と、該クッション部の下部に位置する板材形態の下板が相互結合されてなされたエアーマットの成形方法であって、
一定深さの溝形態である気嚢成形溝が形成されて、クッション部を成形するための下部金型と該下部金型に結合される下板及び前記下板上に安着される覆いを準備する金型と下板及び覆い準備工程と、
前記下部金型内に樹脂組成物を注入した後実施されてクッション部を成形するスラッシュ成形工程と、
前記スラッシュ成形工程後に下部金型の気嚢成形溝の入口を覆うように下板を下部金型に結合して、下板上に覆いを安着させる下板及び覆い結合段階と、
下板及び覆いが結合された下部金型を、ローテーション成形機を通じて回転させることによって下部金形内のクッション部と下板とを一体で接合させるローテーション成形工程とを含むことを特徴とするエアーマット成形方法。 - 前記ローテーション成形工程過程で下部金型内のクッション部の各気嚢表面が溶融されて、溶融された一部樹脂が下板に拡散することによってクッション部と下板が相互接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアーマット成形方法。
- 前記スラッシュ成形工程は、下部金型内に樹脂組成物を充填させる樹脂組成物注入工程と、
下部金型を加熱することによって下部金型の各気嚢成形溝の内部表面にクッション部成形層が形成される1次加熱及び1次ゲル化(gelation)工程と、
ゲル化されない下部金型内の樹脂組成物を除去する樹脂除去工程と、
下部金型内のクッション部成形層を再び加熱する2次加熱及び2次ゲル化工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエアーマット成形方法。 - 前記ローテーション成形工程は、
金型の回転過程で加熱する3次加熱工程及びローテーション工程と、
クッション部と下板の接合後に金型を冷却して、下部金型からクッション部及び下板を抜き取る冷却及び脱型工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエアーマット成形方法。
