Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 金属種でドープされたゼオライトを含む触媒の再活性化方法であって、前記触媒を塩化水素含有ガスで処理する段階を含む、触媒の再活性化方法。
- 前記金属種は、鉄、コバルト、銅、またはバナジウムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属種は、鉄であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライトは、AEL、BEA、CHA、EUO、FAO、FER、KFI、LTA、LTL、MAZ、MOR、MEL、MTW、LEV、OFF、TONおよびMFIの構造型、特に、BEA、MFI、FER、MOR、MTWおよびERIの構造型のゼオライトから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライトの細孔径は、0.4〜1.5nmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記金属、好ましくは鉄は、金属酸化物として計算して、前記ゼオライトの総重量に対して1〜5重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライトは、10または12員環ゼオライトであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ゼオライト骨格の交換可能なサイトの50%超が、再活性化後、金属種、好ましくは鉄によって占有されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法で製造された、窒素酸化物の選択的接触還元用の再活性化触媒。
- 金属の単量体および/または二量体種を含むゼオライトを含み、細孔容積が、0.35〜0.7ml/g、特に好ましくは0.4〜0.5ml/gである、請求項9に記載の再活性化触媒。
- 前記金属種は、鉄、コバルト、銅、またはバナジウムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の再活性化触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトは、AEL、BEA、CHA、EUO、FAO、FER、KFI、LTA、LTL、MAZ、MOR、MEL、MTW、LEV、OFF、TONおよびMFIの構造型、特に、BEA、MFI、FER、MOR、MTWおよびERIの構造型のゼオライトから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の再活性化触媒。
- 前記触媒のBET比表面積が、100〜500m2/g、好ましくは200〜400m2/gであることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の再活性化触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトの細孔径が、0.4〜1.5nmであることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の再活性化触媒。
- 前記金属は、金属酸化物として計算して、前記ゼオライトの総重量に対して1〜5重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の再活性化触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトは、10または12員環ゼオライトであることを特徴とする、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の再活性化触媒。
- ゼオライト骨格の交換可能なサイトの50%超が、再活性化後、鉄によって占有されることを特徴とする、請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の再活性化触媒。
- 請求項9〜17のいずれか1項に記載の再活性化触媒の、ガス化および焼却工程からの排ガスの処理のための、使用。
- ガス化および焼却工程からの排ガス中の窒素酸化物の還元のための、請求項18に記載の使用。
- ごみ焼却プラントからの排ガスの処理のための、請求項18または19に記載の使用。
- 酸洗浄の前に前記触媒を作用させることを特徴とする、請求項18〜20のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
