Abstract
【解決手段】装置(1)は、互いに並んで延びる回転可能に配置された2つのシャフト(3)を有するトラフ(2)を備え、前記シャフト(3)の各々には、中間距離で軸方向に離間したパドル(7)が設けられる。パドル(7)は、シャフト(3)に対して実質的に半径方向面に延び、円周の少なくとも一部にわたって周方向に延びる。周方向において、パドル(7)は少なくとも部分的に楔状である。シャフト(3)の反対方向の回転時に、連続パドル(7)が交互に噛み合い、これにより、狭い間隙を何度も形成する。シャフト(3)毎の軸方向の連続パドル(7)は、ある角度で周方向に互い違いになる。

Claims (11)
- 互いに並んで延びる回転可能に配置された2つのシャフトを有するトラフを備える装置であって、前記シャフトの各々には、中間距離で軸方向に離間したパドルが設けられ、前記パドルが、前記シャフトに対して実質的に半径方向面に延び、円周の少なくとも一部にわたって周方向に延び、周方向において少なくとも部分的に楔状であり、一方、前記シャフトの反対方向の回転時に、連続パドルが交互に噛み合い、これにより、軸方向に傾斜がない狭い間隙を何度も形成する装置において、シャフト毎の軸方向の連続パドルが、ある角度で周方向に互い違いになることを特徴とする装置。
- シャフト毎の軸方向の連続パドルが螺旋状に配置される請求項1に記載の装置。
- シャフト毎の連続パドルが最大約15°の角度で互い違いになる請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトが、前記トラフの入口と出口との間の経路に対応する方向に延びる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- パドルの終点にはキャリアプレートが設けられる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルが生成物と熱交換接触するように配置される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記トラフが生成物と熱交換接触するように配置される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 混合シャフト毎に、複数の、特に2つの混合パドルが、前記同一の半径方向面にそれぞれ配置される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 処理すべき生成物を前記シャフトに沿って、ある方向に搬送することが、前記シャフトおよびパドルに関する外部搬送供給部によって可能になる請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送供給部が前記トラフの傾斜を含む請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記外部搬送供給部が、供給によって生じる栓流を含む請求項9または10に記載の装置。
