Description
Claims (12)
- 歯科製品を製造する方法であって、セラミック材料の未加工体から作られたブランク(1)を準備し、ブランクに機械加工操作を実施し、次いで1300℃〜1650℃の温度で実施される焼結操作においてブランクをその最終密度に焼結する工程を含み、準備されるブランク(1)が53〜74MPaの曲げ強さを持つことを特徴とする方法。
- ブランク(1)が56〜65MPaの範囲の曲げ強さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ブランク(1)がその予備焼結状態において56〜65MPaの範囲の曲げ強さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 機械加工操作時に、ブランク(1)がブリッジ構造体(5)及び支持体(6)に機械加工され、支持体(6)が支持体(6)からブリッジ構造体(5)まで延びる少なくとも一つの保持部分(7)によってブリッジ構造体(5)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの保持部分(7)が支持体(6)に接続されたブリッジ構造体(5)を保持しながらブランク(1)をその最終密度に焼結することを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- ブランク(1)が、ブリッジ構造体(5)がアーチを形成し、複数の保持部分(7)が支持体(6)をブリッジ構造体(5)に接続し、保持部分(7)の少なくとも幾つかが支持体(6)の共通ハブ(9)からブリッジ構造体(5)まで延びるスポークとして造形される形状に機械加工されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- ブランク(1)がその予備焼結状態において2.9g/cm3〜3.80g/cm3の範囲の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ブランク(1)がその予備焼結状態において3.0g/cm3〜3.5g/cm3の範囲の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ブランク(1)が平衡に圧縮された酸化ジルコニウムの未加工体から作られ、未加工体の予備焼結が970℃〜1150℃の範囲の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 予備焼結が1050℃〜1120℃の範囲の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 予備焼結前に、未加工体ブランクが200MPa〜300MPaの圧力で平衡に圧縮されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 機械加工後、ブランクが6.00g/cm3〜6.09g/cm3の最終密度に焼結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
