Claims (13)
- 焼結材料(26)のブロック(25)を含むCAD/CAM装置(10、7)を使用して歯牙交換部品(1)を製造するためのブランク(5)であって、焼結材料(26)の前記ブロック(25)は、1000℃〜1250℃の初期焼結温度(33)で焼結炉(2)内で予備焼結されており、前記焼結材料(26)は、少なくとも90%の二酸化ジルコニウム(Y−ZrO2)重量分率を有するセラミック粒子の粉末であり、前記粉末の比表面積は11m2/g〜17m2/gであることを特徴とする、ブランク(5)。
- 前記初期焼結温度(33)は、1050℃〜1200℃の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブランク(5)。
- 前記ブロック(25)は、130〜250MPaの間のプレス圧力でプレスされることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のブランク(5)。
- 前記粉末の前記比表面積は12m2/g〜14m2/gの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のブランク(5)。
- 前記ブロック(25)の前記焼結材料(26)は、2%〜4.5%の間の酸化イットリウム重量分率を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のブランク(5)。
- 前記ブロック(26)の前記焼結材料(25)は、前記ブロック(25)を着色するための、少なくとも一種の染料、いくつかの染料の組合せおよび/または染料の少なくとも一種の酸化物または少なくとも一種の塩化物を含有し、前記染料は、テルビウム、マグネシウム、コバルト、マンガン、および/またはエルビウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のブランク(5)。
- 焼結材料(26)のブロック(25)を含むブランク(5)から歯牙交換部品(1)を製造するための方法であって、焼結材料(26)の前記ブロック(25)は、1000°C〜1250°Cの間の初期焼結温度(33)で予備焼結されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記ブロック(26)は、130〜250MPaの間のプレス圧力でプレス装置によってプレスされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記歯牙交換部品(1)は、CAD/CAM装置(10、7)を使用して前記予備焼結ブランク(5)から切り出されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記切り出された歯牙交換部品(1)は、所定の温度プロファイル(40)に従って焼結炉(2)内で最終密度まで焼結されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記歯牙交換部品(1)の容積において、前記歯牙交換部品(1)は、6mmの限界値未満の直径(15)を有する最大可能球(14)を含み、前記温度プロファイル(40)は、加熱段階(43、45)において150℃/分〜350℃/分の間の所定の加熱速度(44、46)、および/または冷却段階(49)において150℃/分〜350℃/分の間の所定の冷却速度(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記歯牙交換部品(1)の容積において、前記歯牙交換部品(1)は、3mmの限界値未満の直径(15)を有する最大可能球(14)を含み、前記所定の加熱速度(44、46)は200℃/分〜350℃/分の間であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記歯牙交換部品(1)の容積において、前記歯牙交換部品(1)は、6mmの限界値を超える直径(15)を有する最大可能球(14)を含み、前記温度プロファイル(40)は、加熱段階(43、45)において70℃/分〜150℃/分の間の所定の加熱速度(44、46)、および/または冷却段階(49)において70℃/分〜150℃/分の間の所定の冷却速度(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
