Abstract
Description
本発明による非晶質ポリ乳酸と(半)結晶性ポリ乳酸との間の比は、好ましくは0から90%の間の非晶質の範囲であり、より好ましくは10から75%の間、特に30から60%の間の範囲である。本発明による(半)結晶性ポリ乳酸の量は、好ましくは10から100%の間、より好ましくは25から90%の間、特に40から70%の間の範囲である。
i)本発明によるポリマー混合物を押出機に供給するステップ、
ii)i)で供給した混合物の押出成形を行うステップ、および
iii)ステップii)で得た材料を粒子にするステップを含むことを特徴とする。
a)ポリ乳酸の粒子、ポリマー粒子、および発泡剤を押出機に供給するステップ、
b)a)で供給した混合物の押出成形を行うステップ、ならびに
c)ステップb)で得た材料を本発明によるポリマー混合物の粒子にするステップを含むことを特徴とする。
I)出発物質の製造方法の1つで得られた出発物質を発泡成形体用に提供するステップ;
II)ステップI)で得た材料を、特定の温度および圧力条件下におくことで、発泡成形体を得るステップを含むことを特徴とする。
1)出発物質の製造方法の1つで得られた粒子を予備発泡させるステップ;
2)ステップ1)で得られた予備発泡粒子を養生するステップ、および
3)ステップ2)で得られた材料を、特定の温度および圧力条件下におくことで、発泡成形体を得るステップを含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (20)
- ポリ乳酸、および60℃を超えるガラス転移温度を有するポリマーを含むポリマー混合物。
- ポリマーのガラス転移温度が95℃を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリマー混合物。
- ポリマーが、ポリビナイル(polyvinayl)アレーン、二酢酸セルロースおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項以上に記載のポリマー混合物。
- ポリマーがポリスチレン、発泡性ポリスチレンまたはこれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のポリマー混合物。
- ポリ乳酸が、ポリ乳酸およびポリマーの総重量の0.1から35重量%、好ましくは2から25重量%、特に5から20重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項以上に記載のポリマー混合物。
- ポリマーが、ポリ乳酸およびポリマーの総重量の0.1から35重量%、好ましくは2から25重量%、特に5から20重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項以上に記載のポリマー混合物。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項以上に記載のポリマー混合物を供給し、続いて、得られたポリマー混合物を押出成形して押出成形体を得ることを含む、押出成形体の製造方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法を使用して得られた押出成形体。
- 0.2から2.0mmの厚さを有するフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の押出成形体。
- ストリップに加工されたフィルムであり、ストリップの幅が1から10cmであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の押出成形体。
- 粒子の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の押出成形体。
- 好ましくはポリスチレンを主成分とする発泡成形体の補強ストリップとしての、請求項10に記載の押出成形体の使用。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項以上に記載のポリマー混合物を主成分とする発泡成形体用出発物質の製造方法であって、
i)請求項1から6のいずれか1項以上に記載のポリマー混合物を押出機に供給するステップ、
ii)i)で供給した混合物の押出成形を行うステップ、ならびに
iii)ステップii)で得た材料を粒子にして出発物質を得るステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項以上に記載のポリマー混合物を主成分とする発泡成形体用出発物質の製造方法であって:
a)ポリ乳酸粒子、ポリマー粒子、および発泡剤を押出機に供給するステップ、
b)a)で供給した混合物の押出成形を行うステップ、ならびに
c)ステップb)で得た材料をポリマー混合物の粒子にして出発物質を得るステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 発泡成形体の製造方法であって、
I)請求項13から14のいずれか1項以上に記載のように得た発泡成形体用の出発物質を供給するステップ;
II)ステップI)で得た材料を、特定の温度および圧力条件下におくことで、発泡成形体を得るステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 発泡成形体の製造方法であって、
1)請求項13または請求項14で得た粒子を予備発泡させるステップ、
2)ステップ1)で得られた予備発泡粒子を養生するステップ、ならびに
3)ステップ2)で得られた材料を、特定の温度および圧力条件下におくことで、発泡成形体を得るステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ステップ3)またはステップII)中で、60から160℃の間の温度を有する空気または蒸気が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項15または16のいずれか一項以上に記載の方法。
- ステップ3)またはステップII)中、0.1から2.0barの間の圧力が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項15または16のいずれか一項以上に記載の方法。
- 請求項15から18のいずれか1項以上に記載の方法によって得られた発泡成形体。
- 10g/lから100g/lの間の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の発泡成形体。
