- SE1 IIIおよびSE2 IIIは、YIII,CeIII,SmIIIおよびLaIIIからなる群から選ばれたカチオンで構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセラミック材料。 - Me1 IIIおよびMe2 IIIは、AlIIIおよびGaIIIからなる群から選ばれた金属カチオンで構成される、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - パラメータxについて、0.01≦x≦0.5、好ましくは、0.01≦x≦0.3を適用する、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - パラメータyについて、0.01≦y≦0.7、好ましくは、0.1≦y≦0.3を適用する、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - パラメータzについて、0.05≦z≦0.9、好ましくは、0.1≦z≦0.5を適用する、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - 第1の半導電性のペロブスカイト系と第2の非導電性のペロブスカイト系からなる相均一なペロブスカイト混晶系として構成される、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - 前記第1の半導電性のペロブスカイト系は、SEIII 1−xMII x(Cr1−yMny)O3を含み、前記第2の非導電性のペロブスカイト系は、SEIIIMeIIIO3を含む、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項に記載のセラミック材料。 - 2価の金属カチオンM1 II,M2 IIは、CaII,SrIIから選ばれる、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料を製造する方法であって、
所望量の化合物SEIII 2O3,MIICO3,Cr2O3,Mn2O3,Mn3O4,MnCO3およびMeIII 2O3が混合されて、焼結される、
ことを特徴とするセラミック材料の製造方法。 - さらに、焼結前に、化合物の混合物をか焼する工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項に記載のセラミック材料の製造方法。 - 相均一なペロブスカイト混晶系が形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載のセラミック材料の製造方法。 - さらに、焼結補助剤を加える工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料を含む、
ことを特徴とする電子セラミック部品。 - 前記セラミック材料と導電性の電極表面を含有するセラミックベース本体を含む、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項に記載の電子セラミック部品。
