Abstract
Description
ブレンド物がスチレンポリマー、カリウムアイオノマー、1つ以上のポリオール、およびエチレンコポリマーを含むかまたはそれらから製造され、
スチレンポリマーが組成物の約30〜約70重量%の範囲で組成物中に存在し;カリウムアイオノマーが組成物の約5〜約40重量%存在し、そして少なくとも1つのE/X/Yコポリマーを含み;ポリオールが組成物の約1〜約10重量%で存在し、そして少なくとも3個、または4個のヒドロキシル部分を含み;かつ、エチレンコポリマーが約2〜約20重量%組成物中に存在し、
Eがエチレンであり、Xがα,β−不飽和のC3〜C8カルボン酸であり、YがC1〜8アルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含む軟化コモノマーであり、
XがE/X/Yコポリマーの2〜30重量%であり、YがE/X/Yコポリマーの0〜40重量%であり、そして残りがEであり、そして
カルボン酸の10〜90%がカリウムイオンで中和されている組成物を含む。
アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン(ABS):LANXESS AG製のNovodur(登録商標)P2H−AT 792。
KI(カリウムアイオノマー):カリウムアイオノマーE/X/Y(ここで、Eはエチレンであり、Xは14.9重量%の量でのメタクリル酸であり、そしてYは0.9重量%の量でのメチルアクリレートであり、合わせた酸部分はK陽イオンで84.8%まで中和された)であった、DuPont製のEntiraTMAS。MFI(190℃および2.16kgで測定された、メルトフローインデックス)は1であった。
KI−G:(a)カリウムアイオノマーE/X(ここで、Eはエチレンであり、Xは12.5重量%の量でのメタクリル酸であり、酸部分はカリウム陽イオンで82%まで中和された)からなるカリウムアイオノマーおよび(b)5重量%のグリセロールとプレブレンドされたグリセロールである、Mitsui DuPont Poly Chemical Co.,Ltd.製のHimilan(登録商標)。MFIは1であった。
KI−DG:(a)上に開示されたEntiraTMASと同じカリウムアイオノマーおよび(b)8重量%のジグリセロールからなるカリウムアイオノマーとプレブレンドされたジグリセロール。
Elvaloy(登録商標)AC:30重量%のメチルアクリレートを含み、3のMFIのエチレン・メチルアクリレートコポリマー。
a ASTM D257に従って[オーム/スクエア]として測定された。
b 米国連邦標準101Bに従って[s] として測定された。
c ISO 179/1eAに従って[kJ/m2]として測定された。
Claims (10)
- 帯電防止性ブレンド物を含む組成物であって、
前記ブレンド物がスチレンポリマー、カリウムアイオノマー、1つ以上のポリオール、およびエチレンコポリマーを含むかまたはそれらから製造され、
前記スチレンポリマーが組成物の約30〜約70重量%の範囲で組成物中に存在し;前記カリウムアイオノマーが組成物の約5〜約40重量%存在し、そして少なくとも1つのE/X/Yコポリマーを含み;前記ポリオールが組成物の約1〜約10重量%で存在し、そして少なくとも3個のヒドロキシル部分を含み;かつ、前記エチレンコポリマーが約2〜約20重量%の範囲で存在し、
Eがエチレンであり、Xがα,β−不飽和のC3〜C8カルボン酸であり、YがC1〜8アルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含む軟化コモノマーであり、
XがE/X/Yコポリマーの2〜30重量%であり、YがE/X/Yコポリマーの0〜40重量%であり、そして残りがEであり、そして
前記カルボン酸の10〜90%がカリウムイオンで中和されている組成物。 - 10〜20重量%の前記カリウムアイオノマーおよび1〜5重量%の前記ポリオールを含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 7〜20重量%のエチレン・アルキル(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーを含む前記エチレンコポリマーを含む請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 7〜10重量%のエチレン・アルキル(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーを含む前記エチレンコポリマーを含む請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記スチレンポリマーがABS(アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン)、SAN(スチレン・アクリロニトリルコポリマー)、ASA(アクリロニトリル・スチレン)、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせおよびそれらの混合物を含み、そして
前記ポリオールがグリセロール、ジグリセロール、ヘキサントリオール、ペンタエリスリトール、ポリグリセロール、ソルビトール、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 前記スチレンポリマーがABSであり、そして前記ポリオールがグリセロール、ジグリセロール、またはそれらの組み合わせである請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレン・アルキル(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーが20〜35重量%のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含有し、そして前記エチレン・アルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキル基がメチル、エチル、n−ブチル、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせを含む請求項1〜6にいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルキル基がメチルである請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 組成物を含む物品であって、前記物品がフィルム、シート、多層構造物、成形品、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせであり;前記成形品が押出成形、共押出成形、射出成形、熱成形、圧縮成形、ブロー成形、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせによって製造された物品を含み;そして前記組成物が請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の通りである物品。
- 化粧品ケースまたは家庭電化製品の部品である請求項9に記載の物品であって、前記部品がハウジングである物品。
